But at other times they are so busy with amazon returns and other things the checkout can take a long time. Had a bad experience with our passport photos at this location. I then messaged the owner on Instagram, and she indicated that appointments were available at certain times. My mom and I both took time off from work to make the trip to the store. We arrived 15 minutes early, only to be told that we did not have an appointment for the time we had selected. I explained that I had filled out the form and selected an available appointment time. I was then told that we had actually been scheduled for a different time slot. The problem is that I never received a confirmation email, phone call, or any other communication indicating that our appointment had been changed. This was extremely frustrating and, in my opinion, very unprofessional. If appointments are limited to specific days and times, the website and booking system need to accurately reflect availability and properly communicate confirmed appointments to customers. Unfortunately, after taking time off work and making the trip specifically for this appointment, we were left feeling that our time was not respected or valued.

The lady was friendly and took a look at my necklace. She said she was backed up from holiday orders and it would take a week to get my piece fixed. It took under fifteen minutes to be serviced. I got a call a week or so later that my necklace was ready. I arrived and saw how pretty my necklace looked. I paid and asked a few questions on the care of my jewelry that she answered. Very prompt and helpful service. It cost me about 39 dollars to get it fixed which I'm not sure if that's a lot or not. All I know is I am now able to wear my childhood golden heart today.
