I'm beginning to think this is an intentional practice on their part. Today in the Mays Landing store, Diane managed to charge me twice for the same item as she does each and every time I'm in that store, which is not very often (2 to 3x a year). It is 85 degrees outside and ZERO A/C. In fact, another employee while waiting in the long line told me it has been months since their HVAC has worked. Speaking of long lines, there were at least 6 employees in the back of the store, and ONE register open. Why does this always happen? Where is this store manager? Do they actually have one? They are closing the Cherry Hill and Mt. Laurel stores. Time to do the same in Mays Landing. This store is a wreck as though no one ever bothers to straighten it up, and the register clerks just cannot seem to do their job right!

Ordered for delivery and put on credit card. Unfortunately, we found that the nursing home said the patient could not use that type of chair the next day. I called Bobs and explained. I was expecting some push-back since we had already scheduled delivery. To my very pleasant surprise they understood and said they would cancel order and give a full refund. No restocking or cancellation fees. Refund on credit card within two days. Great customer service. Bobs is out of the way behind the old Hamilton mall, however I think we'll go there first if we need furniture.

It's still good to go if you want to try a few things on for size, like Levi's jeans or dress pants, because the dressing rooms are open and you can bring in as much stuff as you want to try on without any problems because there is nobody there to tell you otherwise. I would rate service as non-existent, selection as poor and value as good if you buy items that are on sale.
