CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! I have never left the Mays Landing store without being charging twice for the…read moresame item, by the same 2 cashiers (Diane and Christine!). I'm beginning to think this is an intentional practice on their part. Today in the Mays Landing store, Diane managed to charge me twice for the same item as she does each and every time I'm in that store, which is not very often (2 to 3x a year). It is 85 degrees outside and ZERO A/C. In fact, another employee while waiting in the long line told me it has been months since their HVAC has worked. Speaking of long lines, there were at least 6 employees in the back of the store, and ONE register open. Why does this always happen? Where is this store manager? Do they actually have one? They are closing the Cherry Hill and Mt. Laurel stores. Time to do the same in Mays Landing. This store is a wreck as though no one ever bothers to straighten it up, and the register clerks just cannot seem to do their job right!

Their expertise made the entire process easy and enjoyable, and we never felt pressured or rushed. They took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for, and the amount of money they were able to save us was absolutely fantastic. It's rare to find people who combine great customer service, extensive knowledge, and a genuine desire to help their customers the way Ron and Lucy do. We couldn't be happier with our experience or the furniture for our new home. Ron and Lucy truly went above and beyond for us, and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for great furniture, great savings, and even better service. Thank you both for helping make our new house feel like home!

I like that they carry name brands such as Calvin Kline, Coach, Lancôme, Clinique, Michael Kors…read moreetc., but they have very few items in the store. The store looks like a store that's going out of business. There are entire racks a shelves that are completely empty. Their shoe department is especially bad. They have very little on display and I've been there several times and left without anything because I couldn't find anyone to wait on me. There's not an employee in sight anywhere. If you do manage to find something you want to purchase, there is nobody around to check you out. There seems to only be employees working at the make up counters and they were few and far between. It's still good to go if you want to try a few things on for size, like Levi's jeans or dress pants, because the dressing rooms are open and you can bring in as much stuff as you want to try on without any problems because there is nobody there to tell you otherwise. I would rate service as non-existent, selection as poor and value as good if you buy items that are on sale.
