Over priced brand named fashion. To me it doesn't cater to what I need.

Ahhh, the good ol' Hamilton Mall…read more This is a solid mall. While the interior design of it is overall BLAH, they have what people come for. Stores of different types, and lots of options. Location - it is SUPER easy to get to, right on the Black Horse Pike off of the AC expressway. The mall is literally surrounded by parking lots. Heads up to all you XMas shoppers, that small JCPenney lot in the back is usually empty. ;) The mall has three department stores in it, Sears, JCPenney, and Macy's, and inside you will find the average mall fare - Bath and Body Works, Express, Disney Store, Victoria's Secret, Puppy Mill Pet Store, sub-par food court.... its all there. Another bonus is it's proximity to Best Buy, Target, Borders, and Starbucks. They are literally across the street. There are also some retaurants scattered around - Ruby Tuesdays, Red Lobster, Olive Garden... Not the rolls royce of restaurants, but you're in South Jersey so get over it! I've spent many a days at the Hamilton Mall, and I still hit up the area when I come home to visit and need to get some shopping done.

The food court on the second level has a variety of restaurants. Johnny Rockets restaurant is on the first level . Need your phone fixed there are private parties in the center of the mall on both levels also At&T, Verizon stores. Different little vendors in the center of the mall both levels. Pretty much what ever you need is out there in that mall.

I don't know about the cloths, but I know good service when I get it…read more This is more then a review....It's a story. Went to Atlantic City with my brother and some friends. My brother only brought one pair of pants. You guys know what I'm talking about. Sometimes its all about traveling light on cloths so there's more space in your bags for pre game booze. (Side Note: we were staying at Golden Nugget who is strict about bringing in outside booze so sneak it in) Either way it was about 1 hour till we were supposed to rendezvous for commence pre game when my brother comes out of the bathroom looking like he just missed the toilet and/or saw a ghost. Me: "What's up?" Him: "Just ripped my only pair of pants through the crotch, Give me a pair of yours." Me: "What?! You only brought one pair of pants?" Him: "Yeah give me a pair of yours" Me: ".....I only brought one pair" (Must be hereditary) Seconds later he's on the phone with this Express. "Do you have blah blah blah cut jeans in whatever size?" (When did Jeans start having names? Usually the only two things I ask about when buying jeans is "What's not skinny" and "What's on Sale") The lady gets back on the phone and tells him various styles they have in every size possible and different wash's. She tells him the mall closes in a hour and were about 15 to 20 minutes away. She says's she'll have them on the side when we arrive. We arrive my brother buy's the jeans and we're out of there. This isn't about the cloths because in the end....he didn't even wear them! I tried telling him no new jeans are gonna fit like that pair you've been wearing for a while, but he insisted on trying. He ended up wearing the old pair because like I told him from the beginning the crotch wasn't noticeably ripped unless he continued to walk around all night doing lunges. This is about customer service and in this instance Express nailed it.

It is usually average priced and the clothing I have bought have always lasted me a while. My understanding is that Express Women's Clothing owned Structure and then renamed it Express Men. Owner seemed very upset by this and bluntly said she would not accept it. She tried to tell me that it was not from that location (I then pointed out the location which was clearly printed on the gift card), to which she then replied the gift card was also "too old." When I tried to explain to her that gift cards don't expire, and no store in the mall has gift cards that expire, she nastily said she didn't care what other stores do because this is her store. I tried to explain to her that if an expiration date is not put on the "gift card," a customer can't possibly know when they are supposed to use it by. At this point the owner did not want me to talk any further, became hysterical and started threatening to call security if I did not leave. If getting angry at a customer who comes to the store to redeem a $5 gift card issued by the store itself isn't bad customer service, I don't know what is. I was planning to buy two small Buddha trinkets, but left them there. This store culturally appropriates Buddhism and eastern religions in a sad attempt to jump on the hippie/meditation/yoga bandwagon, but ironically the owner seems to not understand any principles of said religions...nor even basic respect for customers which *any" retail store in the US would understand, not to mention a "high falutin" boutique that is supposed to deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience. My experience in fact was so harrowing I felt incredibly stressed out after my visit. Furthermore, the fact that she got so upset over a FIVE DOLLAR gift card, when most of their merchandise is not bargain priced, is actually just bizarre. If they are doing so badly that a customer presents a five dollar gift card ISSUED BY THE STORE and they have a meltdown over it, I can only feel bad for them, and I do. I recommend avoiding this place. In reality, much of it is merchandise easily available on Amazon for far less money. You are paying for the "ambience" and not much else. This place wants to act like a high end boutique but don't be fooled, the stuff there is cheap and so is the owner. AVOID.
