Lionel replaced the battery and metal wrist band while I was patiently waiting. He did it so quickly that I was surprised. He only charged me for the battery replacement. They often have sales, so I always check out the rack for gifts. My kids love the socks from here. Very stylish. The sales people are always so nice. I can't gush enough about them. Always with a smile, and always ready to answer any questions. This last visit, my teen got into a discussion with the associate about vinyl records and what bands to check out. Bronson was my piercer and was very gentle and knowledgeable. I knew I'd be in good hands with him. He helped me decide on which side of my nose to put my piercing (I chose left).
