Appt was at 3 pm, my name was called at 3 pm. Never happened before in 42 years of seeing Dr.'s. Very please with his and his staff's medical smarts. :) Follow-up 8/30/2016. Staff very professional as usual. All the things that were a concern are improving (blood pressure, etc.). Worth an extra bit of driving.

She even took it out to go to the bathroom and walked it back in and it went over to my 87 year old mother and started sniffing her feet. When I told her to get her dog away from my mother she said I didn't need to be rude, who was rude? When I complained to the office personnel that were making all over the dog, they said they could not do anything about it in case it was a comfort dog, I said you should ask if she had certification. When I said that they turned a deaf ear. I intend to repot this.

A week and a half later, I had to call the office to find out the results of the swab! Good thing it wasn't Covid, huh? Also disputed some charges submitted to Medicare. When I called the billing office, I was told the charges were correct, no explanation that made sense was given. I was then told someone would get back to me. Uh-huh. A week and a half later, I called again. The halfwit I spoke with put me on hold. After a lengthy pause while being treated to a recorded huckster's litany of self promotion, the halfwit returned and said, "Dr. Mullally said the charges are correct." Period. Again, no explanation that made any sense, except to insinuate that I was wrong and I should remember who is a DOCTOR! (DO, not MD, in case you were wondering.) And, the topper....she said I shouldn't worry because "after all, the insurance company is paying for it!"
