After the person on the phone (Nicole?) was through making it sound like I interrupted them here were the first 3 questions: What type of insurance do you have? Where do you work? What's your SS #? Now these all have everything to do with payment and I have all that as well as the ability to pay cash if I choose. I asked if a SS # was necessary and was told they need at minimum the last four digits. I said I wasn't interested in their services and would seek another physician. I don't know about you but I want a Dr who is more concerned about healthcare than payment.

I went there for 2 years of ongoing pain in my hand. I left there being scalded by him for taking existing pain medication and anxiety meds. He seemed insulted that I questioned his new prescription for lyrics because of its side effects of depression and suicide.
