That's when Amber (Customer Service) stepped in. She immediately took ownership of the situation, genuinely cared about making things right, and brought Mike (Manager) in to help. Instead of making excuses, they worked together to find a solution and made sure I left satisfied. Great customer service isn't about never having problems, it's about how those problems are handled. Amber and Mike went above and beyond, turning a dissatisfied customer into a loyal returning one. They truly know how to treat people, and that's the kind of service that deserves to be recognized. Thank you both!

The fishing area employee Fred was amazing and assisted us to the best of his ability as well as Clara the Manager. However, another Manager named Mike has the worst customer service qualities I have ever seen. We spent $1,400 in various fishing tackle and life jackets and requested that the four reels we bought be spooled with fluorocarbon line free of charge since we spent $1,400 in the store. "Respectfully" Fred and Clara were very calm and understood our request. Mike the Manager talked to me like I was trying to steal money from the store and was disrespectful. Horrible customer service especially from a manager position. Mike ended up walking away and shaking his head, leaving the conversation. Do better Mike!!!!! If you would like to keep turning away customers keep Mike employed. Garbage customer service from Mike.

Usually they are hard to come by in Target but I couldn't believe the selection! Given how short I am the employees were extremely helpful getting my things down from this giant wall they were all extremely nice!!! They had very nice leggings work out gear and some sparkly crocs!!! I will say it was a bit on the pricey side clothes wise however I found my work bag (Bogg Bag) a perfect medical bag with multiple sizes for WAY less money than I expected so the going with the medium was wonderful with the value! I did also get some stick on's off Amazon for my girly self but it is PERFECT for work I highly recommend Dicks they have so much more than just sporting good! Highly impressed and will absolutely return for another look at that Stanley wall!

I used to drive hours to go to the Eddie Bauer outlet and I don't have to now! Comfortable and they keep the sun off of you. They fold neat and are lightweight for travel. I even have my wife, daughters, sons, son-in-law and grandchildren getting into the 5.11 mode. My grandson loves the caps that have cool Velcro patches you can interchange. 5.11 gift certificates are always a go-to option for birthdays, etc. As far as customer service, they are beyond great. At Eddie Bauer and Columbia I get the obligatory "hello" and "welcome to the store." That's it. 5.11 employees know their stuff and go out of their way to tell you about deals and new products. The manager in Turlock, Alexandra, is an absolute gem. I have gotten to know her and Stephanie (another great lady) from shopping at the store. They always let me know when products come in that they know I will like. Stores just don't have employees like these anymore. Old school approach to sales and service.
