He kept putting it off until more than a month later when I told him I was picking the hat up finished or not. He was not pleasant to deal with and my friend who picked up the hat said "that man has no business dealing with the public. " I decided to give him one more chance today and called a week ahead for an appointment stating I wanted to get it same day. When I called day of he claimed he had a lot of other things he had to do and it would be a few days I stopped in and he was too busy on Facebook to deal with me for a few minutes. Didn't see any hats in the process of being built or shaped either After my last experience I was not going to get strung out again and left. I'll go to a hat maker who respects my time and is willing to make me an appointment and give customer service. There is one in Virginia City who I'll work with more from now on.
