What a great find! Gold Camp Bakery is THE cozy place to be on a cold winter's morning in Victor, Colorado. This bakery has delicious bakery items, including gluten free options! The coffee was quite good too, while everything was extremely affordable. The service was friendly and kind too. Don't miss a visit to this place if you happen to be visiting town or passing through the area!

Old world charm to this cafe which is in sync with the place, Victor. It is easy to miss them as there is no big signage. Lot of free street parking on anon eventos day. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Menu is simple and food is fresh. Small family run business and the owner is very passionate about her food. They do run out very quickly, so do not wait. We got one full loaf, built your own style sandwich and a half loaf meal, comes with a bag of chips and a drink of choice. The sandwiches are wholesome and thick from made from in house bread. Onion and herb is an absolute try. They probably ran out of some ingredient and hence we had to wait almost 30mins. Till them unlimited ice tea kept the kiddos satiated. There are board games, kiddy corner and interesting range of books and magazines if you decide to spend more time. We also bought some loafs to go and a new couldn't leave without the pastries that looked decadent. Looking forward to enjoying them with coffee at home! Highly recommended and we will come back. Thanks

Came here after hiking to the troll. What an amazing treat! Delicious foods, super nice service, desserts to die for! Their German apple pie and bee sting were amazing and reminded me of the foods my Oma made back in the Netherlands

Great little spot in victor, CO. The staff is friendly and very helpful with describing what's in the food. The Cheesecake is excellent!

We finally made it to Gold Camp after years of hearing such hood reviews. It was a couple that migrated to Victor after falling in-love with the town on vacation back in the late 90s or early 2000s. But the husband just recently passed away. Everything is fresh made and healthy portions. I'm sad we missed the guy, Ralf Bock. He passed just last June. Everyone in town seems to frequent this place. I want to return for the daily special. The staff AND customers were all SO kind. They packed the sandwiches. If you like light cookies you'll love them. I'd stick to the cakes and pastries. I'd vote Victor as the friendliest town. Lots of history.

We stopped for a sweet snack and it was incredible! The dessert items are delicious and very reasonably priced. I wish it wasn't on the other side of the country! Service was great. Decor is old fashioned and fun!

One of the very best carrot cakes I have ever eaten. I am a big fan of carrot cake and very particular for it. We drove there from Woodland Park that we were RVing for carrot cake. Once we got there we didn't get just carrot cake. But bee sting and the banana cookies. Love their carrot cake so much. Tasty and not super sweet. I wish they are closer and I will be there regular for the carrot cake and the banana cookies.

This special bakery is worth the drive, wherever you happen to be!!! We drove the Phantom Canyon Road from Canon City to Victor yesterday. Just so happened we were hungry after that... and found this gem in Victor, and are planning our next visit from Denver! I had one of their "half-loaf" (which really looks like a full-loaf) sandwiches with everything on it. It was a salad, with roast beef, on a wonderful onion & herb bread. I could only eat half of the half-loaf, so we had leftovers last night. Husband had a chicken pot pie that was equally tasty. Their cases were full of all kinds of beautiful pastries. We settled for peanut butter chocolate chip cookies that fit the bill. They're not too sweet, which, for me, is a plus. Prices very reasonable as well! Looking forward to our next adventure to Victor CO to re-fuel after a long drive from anywhere.

Gold Camp Bakery is such a hidden gem. We stumbled across it during their off season and so glad that we did. Since they were slower, we got a chance to learn about the bakery and what all they had to offer. They had so many options, from deli sandwiches, soup, sweet pastries, savory pastries and so many desserts. My ultimate favorite is their bee sting cake. This is definitely a must go to each time we go to Colorado Springs.

In addition to its aesthetics, the texture and subtle sweetness of these buns were perfect. We stopped by on the way to Breckenridge and even after snow the next day, we still came down instead of taking I70 east bound just to have another box of these amazing buns. My husband got mad at me first time for me that I " accidentally"ate the 3/4 of each bun from our first box at Breck haha. I love the triple berry and pistachio. Cafe Leo won my heart with great hospitality of staffs but it has awaken my sweet tooth for the right reason. Will be back there soon as well as my friends and families after hearing some praises from me. Thank you for your existence!

The four gentlemen at the bar area were very courteous and helpful. I was having such a pleasant time I lost track of time talking to them and playing Pokémon. Had the appetizer sampler & enjoyed everything on it but the salmon ... it didn't taste smoked to me it almost tasted raw however it wasn't bad, just not for either of us. We had the Waldorf salad - delicious I've never had it & loved it, as well as all the fruit that adorns it. We also shared a fried pork dish that was very good however I do wish we had asked for the gravy that came with the sampler - that gravy was AMAZING!! For dessert we shared a piece of chocolate cake as their dessert cases are full of beautiful things to choose from, we were not fans of the cake - it had marzipan & the cake itself was neither moist nor flavorful - do next time I'm getting a pastry .. all in all it was an extremely wonderful experience with great service and while not everything was to our liking everything was served up beautifully, fresh and served with a genuine smile (they really did want to give us another dessert because we didn't enjoy ours & we had to insist that they not because we were stuffed!!)
