The sales person she was dealing with, Jerene, was super helpful, and even communicated promptly through email many times to answer questions my wife had. When she had narrowed down her selection we visited Jensen's together, and talked with Jerene for probably an hour. We talked about how we could incorporate parts of her current ring into the new ring. She discussed stone options, and never tried to push us outside of the budget we had given her to work in.
