Today, I didn't start on the right foot with being confused by text messages and emails and online only versus store sales. I was prepared to buy several of one type of tank. I did leave the store to check online and call customer support. I was so ably served by both Brittania and supervisor, Kendra, over the phone. Kendra encouraged me to go back in the store as I said I want this store to get credit for an in-store sale. When I spoke with Patrice and explained to her what Kendra would do for me, she immediately said that she would honor that.
