The fresh hot popcorn, candy, and snacks were better than going to the big theater. Chairs were super cozy with extra pillows and blankets if needed and reclined for comfort. We all agreed that if we had to choose between a big theater and this, the The Place to Be is hands down the winner! There is also a picturesque view of the lake and mountain. It was a great experience from beginning to end and I highly recommend an event at the Place to be Crestline. Cheryl is amazing and a fantastic host. Thank you for your hospitality!

Not only did she fix the issue I was having, but she also made thoughtful recommendations that really improved the final result. She was an absolute pleasure to work with - friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything turned out perfectly. This is the second piece I've had done here, and both times the service has been superb. Both sentimental items, which they took the appropriate time and care with. Frame Art might've been good a few years ago, but without the owner in the store the customer…read moreservice is absolutely horrible. During the lackluster consulting process for two pieces of art I brought in the representative said her shift was over and walked out and I had to wait for someone in the back to come out and finish. I should've known then to go and find some other place. When I came in to pick up my artwork, I waited for about four minutes before the person behind the counter looked up and acknowledged my existence. The prices were very high and the quality of work mediocre. You can see small white nicks out of the black frame where they cut the corners to fit. They could've touched that up with some black paint or something so at least it wasn't so noticeable. For the several other pieces of art that I need to have mounted and framed, I will definitely look for quotes somewhere else
