Stay away!!! (if I could I would give them a zero) I hired the company to do work at my house to paint the interior and the exterior of my home. The exterior part of the job went pretty well, I had to point out a few changes but they were addressed. The crew worked forever on my home. I do have a two story home and employees had to go on the roof to paint siding in areas where roof goes from one to two story, they didn't use any safety gear. Which I didn't know since I was out and about, can't monitor everything only noticed it after reviewing some of my security footage. Employees didn't have very much experience in the industry so it took extra time. I was very clear from the beginning that this work needs to be top grade and if they don't have the confidence to do it right the first time to pass on the job. I was willing for them to take more time and pay more so that the paint job would look amazing since they were painting my living room, dining room, family room, office and entry. I wanted this work to look great since I host lots of gatherings at my house. We hired Mark to do the work he came out to the house looked around and gave us a bid later on we learned that actually his wife "Angela" is the boss and he takes directions from her. Anyway it became he/she said situation. The interior paint work was absolutely horrible the paint was chipping before the project was even done. Mark would say that he or his crew is coming at this time, but would show up half a day late or not show up and stay until 10pm even when he was asked to leave since this is a live in project and we have a life to live. Finally the day came when mark texted that the project is done and we need to pay the final amount due and we were like what do you mean the project is done it looks like crap. We called and texted Mark and Angela many times to come out to the house and discuss what needs to be done in order to actually complete the work. But they started to threaten us with their attorney if we don't pay. We received a letter from their attorney and we hired an attorney paid over $2,000 in legal fees. In the end we hired someone to sand down everything that was done and start fresh and that was at $30/hour. We had at least eight different companies come out to the house and people were honest that they don't have the confidence that they can fix it. It took over two months to find someone that was willing to do the work and it took them almost five weeks but they got it done. I would never recommend them to anyone they lie, cheat and stress you out when you are already agitated during your remodel. Its sad that they go around saying that they are Christians, but don't walk the talk.
P.S. I forgot to add that there was a lot of cleaning to do after they said that the project is "complete". Lots and lots of overspray! It took weeks to clean paint of the new hardwood.
The last thing that I would add is that if a company is not busy thats a huge red flag. RUN!!! read more
