Prompt free estimate visit. Lewis Hernandez listened carefully and took video and pictures of my…read more65ft old red oak tree which had to be cut down. A crew of 10 with 3 trucks, chipper, 2 fork lifts, equipment and a flat bed trailer came to complete the job and clean up. All limbs were removed carefully using ropes to bring them down. My artificial turf was protected as plywood sheets were used when the fork lifts retrieved downed limbs. My debris filled up two trucks. Hernandez Tree Experts cleaned up using blowers and left my front yard spotless. The job was completed in just over 3 hours. Cost was four-figures but was less than competitive estimates. I was so relieved that my unstable oak tree is no longer a risk. I will miss the shade but not the constant maintenance costs. I highly recommend Hernandez Tree Experts. I specifically pointed out limbs I was concerned about and they cut what they wanted to. Needless to say, I have had both limbs fall over the last 2 weeks. They did the trimming 3 weeks ago. I called Marvin who said they'd be by around 4-5:00. The entire crew showed up and we settled on a price for what I needed done. There wound up being two men on the roof, two climbers in the tree out back, and about 5 people doing clean up as the job progressed. Very happy with the quality of work and the fair price. I believe that whether you call Albert's or Rudy's, you're getting the same people because some wear Alberts t-shirts and some wear Rudy's, at least they did a year ago. I didn't notice this time. One company, two names, good people.

When I stopped by less than an hour after they began, everyone was already working at an incredible pace--the entire operation was truly something to see. In a single day, they expertly trimmed eight trees, completed a tremendous amount of work, and left the property beautifully clean. Their workmanship was every bit as impressive as their efficiency. Robert's estimate was a little higher than some of the alternatives, but the difference was in the details, and that made him worth every penny. I barely had to explain what needed to be done--he immediately understood what each tree required and treated my property as though it were his own home. What stood out most was Robert's professionalism and follow-through. He listened carefully to my concerns and even returned as promised to apply pruning spray to the fresh oak cuts. That level of care, accountability, and pride in one's work is increasingly rare. I cannot recommend Robert and his team highly enough. Yelp only allows five stars, but they unquestionably earned six!
