We scheduled an appointment for a representative to come out and provide an estimate for a furnace (and potentially a full HVAC system, including central air and a hot water heater). The technician came to our home and gave us only a verbal quote--nothing in writing. As most homeowners know, it would be unwise to move forward without a written estimate, especially when comparing multiple companies. We specifically needed a written estimate as part of a real estate transaction that had already encountered complications. After the appointment, I followed up and spoke with our service contact, Joe B., who assured me he would email the estimate. Unfortunately, we never received anything, and because of the lack of follow-through and documentation, they unfortunately missed the mark this time. As a result, we've decided to move forward with another plumbing and heating company for this project. It's disappointing, especially given our positive experience in the past, but communication and proper documentation are essential, and this time it just didn't happen.

The inspection revealed an improperly installed band that joined two different kinds of pipe. I requested a quote to do the repair as we needed to know right away for the home inspection if the cost would exceed $2,000. I was told by the inspector to contact the office directly for the quote. After 3 unreturned calls, I gave up and asked my realtor to give them a call. same result. No callback. she finally reached them but was never able to get a response. I cannot recommend this company. very poor treatment of a paying customer.
