We had a blast with our GoCamp van! The van owner walked us through everything we needed to know so we could hit the road with confidence. Our only problem was that we didn't book a longer trip, we will definitely be looking to do this again!

My fiance and I rented West Vanderson for 8 days in Sept 2021 and it was amazing! Andy, the van owner was super attentive and helpful. The van had everything we needed for a great trip, literally we only needed to get food. The guidebook for the van is both physical and digital and contains soooo much info on how everything works. We had no issues all trip! I can't recommend enough :)

We had a Great experience with booking and staying in contact with Marrie and the GoCamp team.. anytime we had a question we would send an email or text and would get a quick response. We highly recommend using GoCamp for your next Adventure. My Wife, young niece and I rented Sparkle, a Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van.. Our Adventure started on Valentine's Day in the pouring rain. We met Marrie, Sparkels bubbly owner and thus began the guided instructions on how to operate Sparkel. We drove North in the pouring rain to Clamath California. Spent the night and through snow and rain continued our Northerly progress towards Portland Oregon. Where we spent visiting and touring with our Daughter. We definitely will see Sparkel again.

We…read morerented the Toyota Sienna and had it for 10 days, drove it 1350+ miles with no issues and we enjoyed the flexibility it allowed us and the awesome value!! Comes equipped with cooler, gas stove, huge water jug, and misc plates, bowls, silverware and camping supplies (paper towels, tp, lighters, fire starters, wine bottle opener, lantern...) Definitely check before shopping for supplies.. we left some useful skewers and such for the next renter! Bedding was nice, came with standard cotton fitted sheet, flat sheet, a quilt and warmer microfiber blanket. Tons of storage under mattress, we also stowed our carry on bags in the center with no problem. Next time we are back in Portland and planning another camping road trip we will definitely be using them again!

Well, we took delivery of our chariot the following month and set forth upon adventure. We felt like Lewis and Clark making the Kessel run in 12 parsec, but the hyperdrive worked flawlessly plus involved less portaging and/or cholera. Eating in the dining area kinda resembled that that scene in LOTR when Gandalf steps into Bilbo's house but oddly I discovered I kinda like feeling like a giant and regressed into eating my spaghetti with my hands while referring to my Apocalypse IPA as "Grog" (plus it had the added benefit as a defendable conclave against predators or gypsies). Sadly weather permitted the rest of our meals to be consumed in our camp chairs under Zeus's watchful eye. Bed was some space age super foamy thing crafted by magic gnomes, the furniture all folds into itself as if Optimus Prime got drunk and went slumming at IKEA. No complaints, these guys are top notch and we're already planning our next trip to Middle Earth or maybe the in-laws in Coeur D'Alene.

I was initially happy with the driving experience and motor performance, **However I caution any RV Renter to go elsewhere to rent your RV. ** 1. My RV did not have a full tank of water and even with cautious use of water I ran out on the 4th of 7 days *WITHOUT TAKING A SHOWER*, WHICH WAS SURPRISING SINCE A FAMILY OF FOUR CAN BE ACCOMMODATED. 2. My RV did not have power for air during the day nor for heat. I was later told that THE BREAKER WAS SWITCHED OFF - which even if I knew this, I would have no idea where the breaker would be since it was not part of my initial introduction to the RV prior to renting. 3. My RV had a GENERATOR ISSUE THAT CREATED MUCH FRUSTRATION AND INCONVENIENCE such that no matter how charged up I kept the generator, it would start up randomly and would not stay turned off so that I WOULD HAVE TO DRIVE IT OUT OF CAMP SEVERAL TIMES IN EARLY MORNING HOURS since generator hours were restricted. For my inconvenience, I was refunded LESS THAN 10% of my RV rental expense. I will go elsewhere for any recreational vehicle rental and advise all others to go elsewhere. This is a true expression of my challenging RV experience. Maryanne Banich

Linda was incredibly helpful and patient in getting us set up with our RV and answering any and all questions. And let me tell you, there were many questions! I was at first daunted, but Linda set me at ease. The RV we rented was exactly what we needed and in great condition and working order. Sure there was a learning curve to most things, but that was part of the adventure. I also want to mention how professional the staff were with providing a safe environment with social distancing controls. They were very conscious of things and it made us feel quite comfortable. We had such a great experience that we're planning on renting again from this location!

We were using this RV for a wedding in 102-degree weather with no service so this is the worst case scenario. The local office in Sherwood was unbelievably unprofessional and rude before we rented the RV, and it just kept getting worse after. They sent us documentation of a refund they will give us to try and make up for the RV not working properly and we still have not received that refund. Ken from our local office will not return my calls or give me the promised call backs and the corporate office doesn't have a "call center" so they don't take any calls, instead they will email you in 10-15 business days. I wish I had known this before renting from them, buyer beware!! They give you a bad product and don't stand by it.
