Very rude and do not show for their scheduled pickups, which leaves you missing your flight. They make fun of you if you mispronounce names of cities or addresses. They laugh at you on the phone. It was pretty easy setting up a reservation through their website. Our driver arrived at the airport before we did. He left a message on my cell telling us he was waiting for us in the parking lot nearest baggage claim. We walked about 10 feet outside and there he was. He was friendly and even pointed out some touristy points of interest while driving to our hotel in Waikiki. I did some research and he had the best price. No complaints. Good experience. True to their word, they kept track of our flight and knew we were arriving early. Drivers are full of useful tips and information on the history of Hawaii. We had 4 adults and a child which we didn't take a car seat with us for travel. We learned that PUC transports can simply let the child ride in a normal seat. When looking for shuttles and Go808 got such rave reviews I figured I'd give them a shot. We arriaved at the airport and I got a call on my cell phone from the driver telling me exactly where to go. We got our luggage and met him where he said he would be. He loaded all our bags up and dropped us off at the hotel promptly. Was very friendly and couldn't have asked for a better shuttle. Our shuttle when leaving was also through Go808. I was called again and he was there exactly when I scheduled the shuttle. He helped load everything into his van and took us all to the airport. Again, very nice and friendly driver with great answers to all our toursit questions and such. I would use Go808 on all my future ventures to Oahu. Clean vans, fast service, prices were just right ($80 for 4 adults round trip) was a bargin I thought. Plus they go to your hotel as it was just us in the vans/shuttles. I've done the shuttles where they go hotel to hotel and it just takes a long time to stop and go, stop and go. Last thing you want to do after sitting on a plane for 5+ hours is have to wait another hour + to get to your hotel. Thank you Go808 for such great drivers and an easy shuttle. This was the first time that we did not rent a car so I looked very hard to find a reasonable and reliable shuttle. This is a private shuttle so there is no time wasted dropping off or picking up others. It was only $25 each way for the two of us as stated on their website. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with this company. No complaints at all. The driver was waiting for us when we came out of the baggage area and we had a pleasant drive to our hotel after a long day of traveling. We arrived at 7:45 pm Hawaii time and were quite tired. We also used them to return to the airport. Our departure was scheduled for 10:35 pm so there was no traffic. The driver arrived 10 minutes early but we were ready. The driver was engaging and we enjoyed the ride back to the airport. Taxis and other shuttles are either the same price or more expensive. Very pleased with this company. read more

I recommend you get your reservation in advance!!To include airport to hotel pickup and return. Also round trip service to Pearl Harbor. Olivia in the office was very efficient and helpful. Love that you get the upfront fee on your email response. We had the pleasure of having Chase and Jonah as our drivers. They were both super friendly. Kept us updated on there arrivals by phone or text messages.Jonah actually made it to our hotel early both times we were to be picked up and since we were ready got an early start to our day. Chase also kept up updated on his arrival to Pearl Harbor. There was an accident on the highway and heavy rain. He called me to first apologize that he was going to be late and explained the situation. As we all know he had NO CONTROL over the weather or traffic, and an accident on top of that. We had our umbrellas with us. It was no problem. Once he picked us up he was super nice, and we had a great conversation with him on our way back to our hotel. This is our fourth time in Waikiki but our first time using Go808 Express. My wife (who is the executive vacation planner) loves the company. Terrific service. We were staying in Waikiki and wanted to run over to Pearl Harbor. The driver picked us up on time and provided some helpful suggestions on things we might be interested in during our visit. We called to have them give us a ride back and again the driver was right on time and very friendly and helpful. This was really more like a cab as we were the only passengers on the 'shuttle' both directions, yet it cost less than a cab and the driver was terrific. As a side note we had made prior arrangements before arriving in Honolulu with a different shuttle service for a couple of trips and both times they were late. When on vacation it is a real drag to burn time standing on a sidewalk. So again, for friends and family I can really recommend these folks. read more
