It's not because they're behind schedule. Rather, they are going the extra mile to ensure every part of my car is perfect. I have a matte paint job, and it's a lot of maintenance to keep up. Every time I bring it here, it looks like the day I drove it off the dealership. On two occasions, I've had paint from a car I (gently) swiped on the body of my car. Somehow, they managed to get it off without dulling the matte. Magic. I've had my car detailed several times, got a light ceramic treatment, and even got my windows tinted here. They do it all.
