Posting in regards to a friend: 0 Stars if I could. Stay away if you want to save some years off your life because dealing with sales managers and management in general are the worst as it comes. They will sell you a vehicle and hide away all the problems, just until you drive away they all come crashing on you. They won't move an inch to help as they have no care in the world for their customers. A joke of a dealership and I would stay away as far as you can. I also had to deal with the fakest "so called" manager ever, his level of empathy and care was zero to none like the hair left on his head (bald). Im really bummed to have to write this review, and to be fair i gave them 2 stars because i was happy with the low preasure easy sale this dealership was able to provide for the 2 vehicles weve purchased in the last 18 months, we almost purchased a third in this time as well Unfortunately thats where our satisfaction drops dead!!!!! About a week ago we took our BRAND NEW, 9350KM jeep from abbotsford to vernon The BRAND NEW JEEP, WITH 9350KM, over heated about half way to our destination There were some bolts that attach the coolant hose to the engine that had backed off!!! These bolts are not reachable without specialized tools or removing engine parts to access it. This caused us to not be able to fix the vehicle on the roadside where it died, and further more, THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE, that the delearsgip couldnt be bothered to inform us of Because of the timing of our lemon breaking down, we needed to take several cabs and i had to miss a day of work because we couldnt get the vehicle fixed do to delearships being closed for the long weekend We wound up approximately $700 out of pocket, and dodge warranty will only cover up to $300 of this So i contacted the delearship to give them the opportunity to make good on the shit vehicle they sold us and pay out the remaining $400 dollars or so Well thats where the wonderful dennis comes in and tells me too bad so sad, and its my problem that they sold us a faulty vehicle, and that there would be no compensation, he even "asked the owner" who also said there will be no compensation Now to my salesman moose, i really enjoyed dealing with him when purchasing our 2 vehicles, and i reminded him that i have bought 2 vehicles in the last 18 months, and that i really wanted to be able to continue doing business in the future. but when faced with the ultimatum to figure something out to get me a cheque for the remaining $400 or lose all future business from us which would make him and the delearship far more money in the future, he tucked tail and ran, he didnt even have the balls to tell me to suck it up and that $400 means more to the delearship than making a repeat customer happy!!!! Nope he just ignored my messages completely, WEAK BRO!!!!! I have now read over plenty of reviews of this delearship and see that it is a common problem, to be discarded and written off by these shysters, the minute the ink as dry and youre out the door I only hope that this review can get through to at least 1 potential customer and save them from throwing their money away at this delearship, i promise you, you are nothing to them more than a monthly payment PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE whenever possible do your vehicle shopping anywhere else, im sure that somewhere out there, theres is a delearship that values their customers and their hard earned money, i assure you, ITS NOT THIS ONE read more

Very disappointed with the dealership. I was informed that the only known issues with the vehicle were that speaker audio doesn't work and reverse camera worked when it wanted to. I paid $600 to have a vehicle inspected by another garage just to be sure and they found a whole bunch of issues wrong with the vehicle. That was never disclosed. The secondary dealership found Engine oil leak, CAT 3 (active oil leak), front of engine and oil pan Rumbling over 60+km Mold Damp carpeting Corrosion from water. This vehicle has sat at Richmond Chrysler For over 70 days and was inspected by their garage. They didn't notice an active oil leak? the rumbling over 60km? The mold?! How many vehicles have been "inspected" at Richmond Chrysler? Are they putting profits over safety? How can something like this just slip through? For anyone interested the vehicle in question is a 2014 Porsche Cayenne Finally to the sales person that helped me. Thank you for being honest and telling me everything you were aware of. You went out of your way to drive the vehicle to another dealership for me and miss out on potential sales while waiting around. Kept in touch and asked questions for me. We just purchased a 2019 Honda pilot from Richmond Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Our sales representatives were Simon and Bruce I highly recommend either. We mainly dealt with Simon Li he went above and beyond to make ours buying experience great. I looked at many other dealerships. Simon Li was by far the best to work with. I looked at other Honda pilot's but because of Simon's demeanour and how he treated us with the upmost respect and he wanted to work with us we bought from Simon. Shady as hell, they will do anything to make a sale. They tried to sell my brother in law a jeep that came in total to about 86k, which was much more than he could have afforded. They adjusted his salary on the paper work and tried to get my mother in law to co-buy because they knew he could not afford it. When my brother in law called in and said he decided to drop the deal and will not complete the paper work because my mother in law will not sign it, the sales guy intimidated him saying they will have to bring this to the small claim court. WTH? turned out they transferred the title before all the paper work was signed and returned. Must be easy to operate a business when you can transfer the goods to potentially customers then force them to pay for it. Eventually we were able to reason with them and drop out of the deal, but as I said, shady as hell read more

Worst experience ever i got a 2015 sonata from them first of all they were trying to sell it off to me with 5% interest when i was taking there insurances of worth 2000$ after they increased my interest upto 8% when i asked them to remove it they are just selling loans at high interest not cars also the car i bought was having engine problem there sales persons are idiots including finance managers i highly recommend you guys never go there they are selling trash at high rates go to other dealerships.If you are looking for a car i can help you i can spare my time to find you a car i am not a dealer but dont go Richmond Chrysler. I'm not even surprised to see bad ratings. I want to start off by saying i never give bad review or even bother to review places at all. But this place is honestly the worst place to go to if you want to purchase a car. Salesmen are uneducated and the sales manager Calvin Young is just pure rude, uneducated, very demanding and just honestly not a good guy to deal with. Even if they gave me a good price i wouldn't want to purchase there. Most importantly - they write their own review on google. I recommend Richmond Chrysler to anyone looking to invest in a vehicle. They worked with me to get financing for a 2017 Chevy Malibu back in March. I had my car for just under a year and a stroke of bad luck or good luck, either way you look at it, a tree recently fell on my car. Part of the tree landed where I was standing and the rest of the tree hit my car at an angle. It blew out my rear window, dented the trunk lid and other dents on the car resulted from the tree falling. They were able to provide me with a loaner vehicle while the work was being done. When I received my car back I even noticed they detailed the interior of my car. I didn't keep the cleanest car so I know the work that was involved with that. It sure motivated me to keep a cleaner car. My car looked like it did the day I first drove off the lot. Service was professional. Great service all around from when you enter in search of a vehicle that is catered to your needs and wants to when repairs are required. Need a car or truck? Purchased a vehicle from Richmond Chrysler Dodge Jeep. We are out of province, so dealt with the salesperson Michael and Hai over the phone and through email. Very easy to deal with up front. Took quite a bit longer to ship than was originally estimated, but finally received the vehicle 2 weeks later than expected. When it arrived the top front panel was crushed in. The transport company had pictures of when it was picked up and the damage was already on it. I provided the pictures to the dealership, as no damage was disclosed at time of sale. I was asked to get an estimate to repair. I provided them with two estimates and one was $9000 and the other $10,000. I took the van in to get it registered and they told me I needed to get an out of province inspection done. When I took it to the mechanic he said he could do the out of province, as there is potential structural damage. So far I have had this vehicle for about a week and a half, but been paying for it since the last week of February. To this day I am still unable to use it. Because some of the dealership personal have been away, I have waited for another week and a half and hadn't heard from anyone. I made over 10 calls to the dealership after the week and a half extra wait time. On the last call a lady at the front desk ensured to me that someone would call me back today. When they finally called back, they said the bill of sale was already signed regardless of lack of disclosure and it was up to me to get repaired. I would expect this if I purchased privately, but we purchased through a dealership to hopefully avoid the unprofessional problems. I have requested a call from the owner Mike at this point. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere, as they do not stand by the product and have been extremely unprofessional in handling this issue. read more

I tried to purchase a new Jeep from them a few months ago combined with a trade in. It started off ok. But in the end, I was mislead (I am being kind using that word) about the trade-in information, the price that was originally quoted changed, etc. Overall it was a horrible experience, and was the very reason why Car Dealers have a bad reputation. bought my dodge ram 1500 new off this lot in 1998. The experience was pleasant and the staff were fantastic and I know I got a great deal because I drive the same truck to this day. My dad was so impressed with my purchase and the deal he returned a few years later and bought his new 2003 Hemi Ram truck which was a pleasant experience and a great deal because he still drives it everyday today. A few years later I bought my wife a PT cruiser off this lot, under 15,000 km, and it if it wasn't the best experience it was ok. I thought I had got kind of shortchanged with the warranty but the manager when I told him worked his butt off to rectify it to which i really appreciated and was satisfied in the end. So the Pt Cruiser? It was fantastic and went everywhere. It served our growing family very very well. Today she has over 130,000 km and runs as good as ever - another excellent deal from richmond chrysler. These vehicles were all serviced for the most part at richmond chrysler service department over the years and we tried 'cheaper' mechanics like everyone does to save a buck (don't do it !!!!) but we always return here to the service dept for professional and competively priced service. In 2001 or so my dodge ram was totalled in a wreck after being stolen. Bill at the body shop put it back together then perfectly. Almost twenty years later my 98 Ram that I drive to this day the paint still looks brand new due to Bills great work back then. His workmanship was and still is incredible. So decades later our PT cruiser was sadly backed into while parked recently. I again took it to Bill last week and once again worked his magic and beautifully repaired our car. Just as he did over twenty years ago. He even went the extra mile and polished the interior of the headlights (!!!!!) which made the car look brand new and absolutely fantastic. We are so happy about this. Consistent quality work over decades is a compliment I can make here and how many other shops can claim that. I am a decades long customer and have to honestly admit that I am extremely satisfied with Richmond Chrysler. I am so sorry to hear of other experiences on this site but in my experience over years and years and years I honestly can't believe it's even true. Bill at the body shop is one of the biggest reasons I am a fan of Richmond Chrysler and will remain one. If you take your vehicle anywhere else you are getting second best - take it from me. Recently was test driving every Cherokee on their lot this summer, had the best experience dealing with the Manager, the salesman Dean was awesome knowledgeable and no pressure at all. Extremely satisfied with treatment and the respect given by all staff. So it just so happened I got my Dodge somewhere else, but I have already brought it here to be serviced - as I will continue to do in the years to come. Worst Dealership ever...dishonest service manager Bob McDonald and Scam Artist Owner/General Manager Mike Gignac pretty much destroyed the resale value of my durango and charged over 800 bucks for damages...in their eyes repairs...but they did more damage in the attempt than they fixed. Richmond Chrysler Dodge Jeep service department: VERY Disappointed with my service this morning. Let me preface by saying that I have always taken my Ram 1500 to this location for service out of convenience. It has always been a less than stellar experience; I always felt like I was getting a sales pitch from Amway when I go in there. This morning I dropped my truck off for service and got the usual pitch. I turned down most items (would have resulted in a $500 bill) and went with the summer oil change package and a wheel alignment inspection. I was hesitant on the alignment inspection, but they sucked me in for the extra $25. About an hour after dropping my truck off, I received a call from Richard in service. He said my left front was out of alignment and I needed to get it fixed asap otherwise it would cause damage to my wheel. I asked him how much it was out of alignment, because my funds are tight right now. He said, "you mean how much percentage?" I replied, "yes, how much is it out." Richard said "I don't know the percentage but enough where if it is not corrected it can damage the tire." Since he wouldn't offer any more information, I agreed to let them fix the alignment for an extra $75. When I picked up my truck, and AFTER I paid (lesson learned here - always get them to go over it with you BEFORE you pay - I bet they do this so that you cannot ask for a charge to be removed or lowered) they said my alignment on my front left was -0.5 degrees. The specifications for it is anywhere between -0.4 degrees and 0.6 degrees. To put it in comparison, my right front was -0.3 degrees and that was "ok" by their standards. So, knowing my funds were tight (because I told him so) they charged me $75 for a .01 degree alignment requirement!!! I was disgusted. I told Richard "THIS is why I was asking on the phone. For 0.1 degree it could have waiting until my next oil change. 0.1 degree is NOT going to ruin my tire." He replied, "well, it needed to be done." I said, "well, it could have waiting until my next oil change. THAT's why I was asking". What a joke. Where is the customer service? Their whole mission is to get whatever money they can out of you. They failed by: a) not providing the information when I asked for it so that I could make an educated decision b) pressuring me into something I didn't require c) making me pay FIRST before going over the results with me So, I paid $228.65 for an oil change and an alignment I didn't need. I will NEVER bring my truck here for service again. I'd rather go to Kal Tire or somewhere else where the customer is more important than underhandedly ripping them off for $75. I had a very poor experience with the sales managers at Richmond Chrysler Dodge Jeep. The short storey is that the vehicle I drove 3 hours round trip to see was not what was explained to me, and they backed out of doing a deal after I spent 3 hours there going over the vehicle and it's many shortcomings compared to what they stated it was and its condition, including having accident damage, which I had expressly asked about before hand. As a result, I do not feel the management team at the dealership is trust worthy, and would recommend that people take their business elsewhere. The full story: After contacting them about an ad for a used truck they ran, and speaking a the salesman who told that he guaranteed the trip from Chilliwack to Richmond (about 3 hours round tirp) to see the truck would be well worth my time, I decided it was worth looking at. On the call I had asked about the condition of the vehicle, if there were any things that needed attention and if there were any accidents on record. I was told the truck was very clean, no accidents or declarations and that it needed 2 new tires and brakes, which they would be doing before selling the vehicle. Once I arrived at the dealer it turned out the truck was used as a work truck, so not as clean as it was made out to be, but ok, it was still a nice enough truck for the price. It did have holes drilled in the bed rails for a rack that had been removed, and damage to the cab from the rack. This is something that could have easily been explained on the phone and shown in detailed pictures. They had sent me quick snap shots the day before, but did not detail any of the the damage in those pictures. I then took it for a test drive and it ran very rough. Once I got back to the dealership, I was told that the truck needed more work than I was told on the phone - gaskets needed replacing, and that a cylinder was "dead" in the trucks Hemi engine, but that they would fix that before selling it. Ok, again not as it was portrayed ahead of time, but they were not out right trying to hide it, just not being up front about things.. I twas then shown the carfax report, which revealed that there were two declarations on the vehicle.. a $2200 glass repair and a $4000+ front corner accident. There is no excuse for not having been up front about these before telling me I really needed to drive 3 hours to see this fantastic, clean truck. After all of this I still felt there was value in the vehicle and that it fit my needs so I said lets work out a deal. The salesman then went to the manager to go over things and came back saying that, "This was not the truck for me" and that they would not be doing the repairs listed that they had shown me. I asked to speak to the manager, who confirmed he knew who I from my inquiries about the truck via phone and email the day before. He said they would not fix the truck as they had said. So after investing 6 hours + research time I was basically shut down. The dealer had multiple opportunities the day before, and the day of my visit, to tell me they didn't want to sell the truck. They chose not too, I really think they had hoped I would like another truck they showed me, which I think is fairly close to bait and switch. Their shop rate is about $135 an hour as I understand it from our conversation about repairs. So I'll now ask the dealer: Is it ok if I send you an invoice for 6 hours of my time that you can pay, so I can at least get something out of my wasted trip and time? But I think we all know what their answer to that will be! My recommendation to people: Find a different dealer than Richmond Chrysler Dodge Jeep to do business with, because that is not the right way to treat a potential client, or represent a vehicle or brand at all. read more

Salesmen were unwilling to move cars in order to let us test drive a car we were seriously interested in. When we conceded to driving a different model that was more accessible on the lot, they demanded a credit check before letting us test drive. They claimed that this check would take 30 minutes, and refused to let us test drive a $25000 vehicle without a credit check. Apparently they don't like to sell vehicles at this location. Don't waste your time here, visit a different dealership for dodge/Jeep/Chrysler etc. read more

Before I made the trip across town to go to the dealership, I called to confirm if there was a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit diesel available for me to test drive. A sales manager named "Gerry "assured me that a 2016 Jeep grand Cherokee summit diesel was available at the dealership to test drive. I emphasized that I wanted to test drive a 2016 Jeep grand Cherokee summit specifically because it has noise cancelling technology and acoustic glass which the other trims do not have. I took the time to drive through rush-hour traffic to go to the dealership and when I arrived I was greeted by another salesman who told me there was no 2016 diesel grand Cherokee summit available to test drive as promised but he wanted to show me something else. Where do I even start with these con artists. Bought a 2007 Dakota from them back in 2010. I had purchased the extended warranty since it was 3 years old and I didn't know how the previous owner had treated the truck. Turned out to be completely unsafe to drive. A total lemon. It was in the shop several times to try and get fixed with each time coming out with the same problem and the service dept. scratching their heads. After losing so much time and money bringing it back to the dealer I finally brought it back and told them to sell me something that was safe for us. What else could I do? I was stuck with an unsafe vehicle and a truck payment. I needed a truck for work and since we only had one vehicle I needed one asap. So they took my 2007 Dakota which I had only had for 5 months and used it as a trade towards a 2011 Ram... Of course lumping whatever I still owed on the Dakota onto the Ram payment because why should they take responsibility for selling me a total lemon in the first place? Along with the Ram I also purchased their extended warranty which gives you 12 free oil changes and tire rotations which seemed like a nice little perk... until today when I went for a free oil change/tire rotation that ended costing me $150 because the service I purchased had Expired! Expired? Seriously! The "Service" I purchased expired?! After only using it 8 times? I have tried to give these guys the benefit of doubt and believe that they are a good business to deal with. I was very wrong, plain and simple they are con artists. They don't care about customer/business relationships. They just want your money and then to steal more money whenever they can. They really screwed me and left me with a HUGE truck debt. They have ruined the Dodge brand name for me. Once a devoted Dodge fan... not anymore. Be careful when you bring your vehicle in for repair at their service department. I brought in my Jeep and what was supposed to be a simple computer reset programming on an OEM electronic aftermarket part I installed which should only take an hour to do (what Moses said), took them 3 hours instead by their so-called "expert mechanics". They kept my vehicle for an entire weekend as well. Be careful when Bob the manager asks you what was done to your vehicle recently too. They replaced and charged me a part I recently replaced brand new half a year ago and they charged me full price. They will try and look for holes to poke at. In all, they charged me 3x times the price of what would a local mechanic would normally charge me. Btw, I left a few coins in the driver's side door armrest and when I picked up my vehicle, they're all gone. I bet you it's probably that filipino kid who drives the black toyota 86. Be careful dealing with this dealership. They sold us a used vehicle for $1k less than it was new and that was after they dropped the price $15k. I know the original price because they left the window sticker in the glove compartment along with the previous owner's insurance papers. They sold us on a sales feature where you bring your ICBC claim to their body shop and they reimburse your deductible. So we did a claim and they only covered half the deductible. Even after I talked to the sales people that this was not what they told us, they did nothing. The sales manager was too busy to speak to me and never called me back. This dealership does not care about its customers. We spent $87k on a vehicle at their dealership and they decided to not honour their deal so they could save $500. Who ever makes the business decisions here clearly wants us to know that they don't want referrals or repeat business. read more

Astonishingly bad service. 'Purchased' a new vehicle from them. I have to say that in quotes because after selecting the vehicle, arranging all the financing, and being told I could pick up the vehicle on the same Thursday (it was at a holding lot and not on site) I waited over a week past the delivery date only to be informed that in the meantime the vehicle had been sold to someone else! What is most amazing is that no-one in any management capacity thought to try and retain my business. I was not asked if they could provide me with another vehicle. I was not asked if there was any way to keep me satisfied. I was told the vehicle had been sold and I would have to wait up to two weeks for my down payment to be returned. Stunning. I am only giving it 3 stars because I love Bill form the Body shop and well as Nicky form financing. Bill was amazing when I had a hit a run and now with my windshield change. And Nicky is such a sweetheart that will find you the best loan she can find( for real!). The manager is an absolute ass when we got a call about our car being on demand for a trade in. They offer a good trade in so we book an appointment to see our options. So yes we are entitled as consumers to see out options, right? Well the manager thought we weren't. My car was one year old only so pardon if I wanted to wage my options. I also had my brother come in with me who wasn't interested din a trade in until I mentioned they called us. So I was bringing a new client. Even then the manger thought we weren't worth his time and started referring to us in a very disrespectful way. I requested to talk to somebody else that was interested in showing us options. After that we got what it seemed to be a great salesman. He offered great deals and add on accessories that we didn't ask for by the way. We got both cars and everybody was happy until my brother had issues with his car. Brand new compass!!! So we had to go back multiple times in a week period to solve this issue. And had to go a rental car so we could attend work. Now our salesman promised he will make up for the time spent there and treated us a dinner and payed for the rental car but not the fuel for my brother which was nice. There was no effort made after we got the car for the 4th time to attempt to honor the deal and give us in regard to the accessories. Every time we ask about them(FJ: our sales man) dodged us. After a month we decided to make a call and ask if everything was ok and when can we order our accessories. To our surprise FJ literally replied to us very risky saying that we were putting words in his mouth and that he never offered them. Also he said that how we dare to call him and ask for such thing. I am sure he didn't remember we had such an ordeal with him or maybe yes but either way, we provided our name and if there was an order pending on our accessories shouldn't he be more professional and gather more details before replying as if we were asking sth that wasn't offered. My fiancé and I gave up on such accessories as it was obvious he only said it in the moment to get a sale and to calm us down regarding to my brothers car. We never got a call form Richmond chrysler attempting to fix this issue nor we tried as we realize the selling tactics they have. We fell for it and we are never coming back to the same sales man. A few days ago my fiancé went to get our car serviced and he didn't even get a hello from out sales man even when my fiancé tried to say hi, the salesman will completely ignored him. Our car was in for a windshield repair and we got a courtesy car(thank god for them!) so we came to the reception to return it and FJ magically remembered my fiancé now that I was walking next to him. Can't believe his rudeness and lack of professionalism. If you go to Richmond chrysler please don't let the manager or FJ to help you in any way. You will get scammed with their deals and possibly you will end up very upset with their treatment. The failure in a machine wasn't their fault but what they could do after to keep is coming could have being so so much better. Anyway... won't be purchasing ANY more vehicles form Richmond Chrysler in the future or even for Jeep or Chrysler, will go for Japanese engineered car instead. Probably the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Beware of these people. They seem to operate a system where a price is agreed on and then when the final paperwork is done, the "sticker price" appears. This happened to me recently and I now know of 3 other people who had the same experience. The only way to get information was to go to the dealership and ask. Was quoted 8 to 10 weeks, It took 16. Update: Vehicle finally arrived. The 4 years interest free credit was taken away when I went to pick up the vehicle. In addition the vehicle was not as ordered. I was told that it was a "Chrysler Decision" and the dealership couldn't change the situation. ANOTHER REASON TO AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Just goes to reinforce my first comments. Bought a brand new Wrangler here a few weeks ago. During the process, the sales people were friendly, however after the transaction is where things went south. The attitude completely changed. I was given 2 keys, one of them didn't work. The dealership was not at all understanding or apologetic about the situation. I had to go back to the dealership on my own time for them to cut a new key. One of the rims had a scratch and again, the service manager was not at all apologetic nor did he offer any solution. A very arrogant attitude. There were a few other items that I wasn't happy about but I won't include in this review. Would I recommend this dealership in the future? Probably not. I recently purchased a 2002 Dodge Caravan February 3, 2013. I took vehicle to get oil change today and to fix sensor, I was asked if I knew about oil leak which I did not, apparently I signed something to the effect that there was this problem, which I was definitely not aware of. I would like to receive a copy of this report as there was no mention of this from Mustafa, also according to your purchase agreement it stated that vehicle was suitable for driving which it is not since I had to spend $4,000.00 to fix oxygen sensor and oil leak, this should have been taken care of before I purchased. This place sold me and my family a pre owned Dodge Journey that was so un safe for anyone to drive .... first it started they we all nice and wanted to make the sale then I buy the car and the windshield washer motor was broken the Bluetooth didn't work they didn't want to fix it yet it didn't work the day I drove it out so I call them tell them what happend and they say they don't have to repair .... bs ... and that same day I drove the car of the lot to chilliwack and the drivers side front break pads clips break and the pad falls out so as it was past closing I had to wait tell Monday to call them so I call the next morning and they wouldn't get me in for a week so my husband had to do the repair and pay for parts him self ... and that same time I made the appointment to get the Bluetooth tooth and windshield washer motor fixed they get me in a week later I sit there for 4 hrs with my young kids for them not fix a dam thing I then had to come back a week after that sat for 3.5 hrs for them to fix it then they don't even believe me that there is a polsation in the breaks no there fine is all they say so we take it to the shop my husband works for and the rotors are shot so by this point I'm thinking this place needs new techs as these people are a joke and I will never recommend this place to anyone for them to say it's ok for a young family to be in a car like this is bull shit .... then 4 weeks after that the tranny starts to go and they don't give 2 fucks about it ... so if anyone in the area that goes to Richmond Chrysler I would take it somewhere else these people only care about selling a car they don't care anything else read more

Actually no stars Dinged my credit 17 times to on my equifax statement showed it and my banker and I counted them together. Ironically I was approved by a different dealer in October who sells the same cars. Damaged my credit 3 points x17 = 51 points! Doesn't return calls or lets say 2/11 was they're rate of return during the entire year. If they know your name they will avoid best you say you want to buy a car. Sold me a 1 year old vehicle 2011 with 40,000 km on it for the new price minus $1500 only apparently that was their top dollar when it was supposed to be a 2012 with no km only they were out of stock ie the jeep liberty promo was from 28000 approx to around 20000 but there were none in western canada so they had to drive it from Alberta in January.... After waiting for one month for the vehicle to finally arrive and leaving my car there during holidays I was tired of waiting a month to be honest and needed the vehicle for work. They say they offered me a new vehicle not so - remember you wer out of stock? I guess I could have waited another month or so I mean it is my problem right?? The issue is that they have no problem with any of this nor offering you a shitty deal. If they can rip you off they will. You sign - to bad. Basically your the lollipop or should I say sucker. Also did I mention the water tank blew up and the brake padding needed to be replaced within 1.5 years. The gas was costing me $600 a month locally in vancouver to and from work which aliong with $514 payments and insurance is very expensive. I think it's because the car was so used. These people give the automotive industry a bad name unfortunately and just don't care. My father worked for FORD for 25 years as a manager and your reputation is everything you just don't operate like this it's bad sales service and representation of Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Am I able to give negative stars? The worst experience I have had to deal with in any capacity. The amount of issues and inconveniences I have had to deal with after the paperwork had been signed has been unbelievable. The organization and communications between departments is laughable. Calls have been left unreturned, appointments organized ahead of time have been mishandled and missed, customer respect nonexistent. When I spoke up, the promises were made to help the situation were not followed through with. Not to mention who they choose do business with for this car rental service were extremely unprofessional. They were and hour and a half late picking us up and during the drive to the shop they were constantly texting/calling while driving. I do everything possible to avoid getting Richmond Chrysler involved. Every time it has been unavoidable the experience has been nothing but a headache. read more
