Gyro Bowl
Nisha I.

Overall, the food was okay. My favorite was the fries. The rice had strong turmeric flavor, the gyro meat was a little too salty (not their problem, my problem). Overall it was a good fast option for food.

Traditional Gyro

Excited to try a close to home Gyro spot, let's just say my husband and I were nothing short of disappointed. 32$ later, my pita bread on the traditional gyro was hard, the lettuce inside was a salad mix, not chopped /shredded lettuce, the Tzatziki sauce was sub par, and definitely lacking dill along with other authentic flavors. The price point on the gyro was impressive, but $7.50 for loaded fries that just have cheese and a special sauce? For an up charge of $4 from their regular fries, I would've hoped for some meat? For those home cooks, this may be a decent gyro for you to grab, but for someone with chef skills in this tough service industry, I'm afraid, this isn't going to cut it.

This has become a fave spot for our office crew. We can order online and send someone to go pick it up. It's an ideal lunch, filling but not heavy. Have had the Chicken Pita Sandwich and Combo Pita along with pita chips (must-have!) and baklava. There's been no misses so far. Nice, quick service, good ambiance, great food... I'll be back!

Food is delicious!! Really good spot for Mediterranean in the area! Staff is really nice and accommodating. I recommend the chicken pita, that is my personal favorite and make sure you get the house sauce!

Pita's Loaded Fries and Falafel Pita Sandwich

Great food! Their house sauce is very delicious almost like a Lemon Aioli! The food came out quickly and great friendly service. Very clean interior. Would highly suggest stopping here if you're making your way to Naples.

It tastes good and looks good, but the meat is fake, very greasy and no service. It's like the McDonald's of Greek food--the chicken literally looks like what's in chicken nuggets. Loaded fries were pretty good though, greasy though. I feel like I'm going to get the runs later. ‍

what the falafel bowl
Wilitza S.

my partner tried to be nice and brought me lunch from this place. it was mediocre. i dont hold it against him tho. rice was weak in flavor, falafel was crunchy throughout (falafel needs soft insides) and barely any tomatoes. they use iceberg lettuce in the bowls which i thought was a little weird. could have been better if they used romaine. prob wont be back. i didnt get to experience the inside at all, but the bowl came out to $9 which is pricey for what it actually was.

Gyro and Falafel

I had an old school Gyro and a side of Falafel. The food was delicious, the service was good, and the place was nice and clean, including all the windows (something that is overlooked by many restaurants).

Menu

Amazing food! Amazing service! Highly recommend anything on the menu it did not disappoint!

Initially, the service was slow, and I'm not sure if it was because of how busy it was. We got our water quick but drinks and pita took a good 10minutes. It's not a quiet place, as they are busy, but worth the wait and trying the food. We ordered the Beirut platter and a mixed kabob platter. Both were portioned for 1 person each and it was so delicious. I would recommend!! We also tried the baklava, which was perfect in every bite. It wasn't super sweet or dry.

For the first couples of years we dined here at least 3-4 X per season, but have stopped coming since after Covid for no particular reason. We came back for the first time in years, and were reminded how Outstanding the food is. You start off with the puffy bread. OMG!! The best bread ever. Comes out warm. Yummy. Then we had to get our favorite appetizer. It's Chef Rachid sampler platter and has a variety of mezzes. I highly recommend this appetizer to try different samplings of Turkish food. Be aware though, this sampler is eggplant heavy with 4 different preparations. All is delicious. 2 -3 types of hummus. The original is tasty, but we loved the beet one. See picture for the different samplings. For dinner, I had the branzino special; whole fish fillet. My husband had the half chicken. Both were delicious. Honestly the food is what you would expect in a high-end "chefy" restaurant - it was that well prepared with special spices. The vibe of this restaurant is very casual, with ceiling exposed with exhaust pipe running across. Seating is tight, especially for 2 people. Though the food is outstanding, we wouldn't bring out of town guests here who want to get a Naples experience. It would be great take-out however. They opened up a takeout counter since we were here last. Good idea. It was crowded the night we came, and have always been in prior years we have dined here. In future, we may just take-out if we can't get a table. The prices are reasonable. If they upgraded their dining decor, they could probably charge more. However, I don't think they are trying to compete with the 5th Avenue restaurants. For the most part, service was very good. Sophia was our waitress and she was exceptional. One of the waiters gave us a detailed explanation of each of the mezzes. The lady at the front desk reception was professional but not friendly. She sat us in a small 2 seater when there were open 4 tops. From a business perspective, I understand that they wanted to keep it open for guests with larger numbers than a couple. However, it makes dining not as comfortable. Overall, very good experience and will definitely come back. The food really is that good.

The owners are also the chefs and the ones running the restaurant day-to-day, and you can taste the pride and authenticity in every bite. The food is incredible. Fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and many items imported directly from Greece give the dishes a truly authentic taste that's hard to find. My plate was packed with perfectly seasoned gyro meat, a fresh Greek salad with feta and olives, warm pita, and a delicious side that tied everything together. Simple food done the right way flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. The atmosphere is casual which keeps cost down but don't let that fool you. This place delivers the kind of quality and authenticity you'd expect from a beloved New York style Greek mom and pop establishment. The service is warm and genuine, and you can tell the owners truly care about their customers and the food they serve. If you appreciate authentic cuisine and want to support a hardworking family run restaurant where the owners are actually in the kitchen cooking your meal, To Spiti is a must visit. I'm absolutely a regular, they never disappoint! * Best lamb Gyro I've ever had!!!!! Truly the star of the show!

However, if you look a bit closer there is one item in particular that is hard to find ... Yemista. What are they? Well, generally speaking, Yemista can be any kind of vegetable that can be stuffed (usually with rice, sometimes with ground beef, and other spices). In this case they stuff green peppers. And why don't we see them more often on Greek menus? Because they are very labor intensive to make. So for me, that was a big draw to check this place out. And it did not disappoint. The Yemista were SO delicious. We instantly needed to order a second portion. Yes ... they were that good! But wait, there is more. We paired the Yemista with another item on the menu, the Whole Chicken Leg which is oven roasted with potatoes. The chicken was SO tender it fell off the bone, and the potatoes were equally tasty with the fragrance of lemon permeating throughout the entire dish. The service was great also! Miss Anna took care of us very well making sure we had everything we needed. We are looking forward to coming back!

Guys, The pita…read moreneeds to be toasted or made differently... comes out every time like it was pulled from a plastic bag of pita purchased from the grocery store... with some salty spices sprinkled on. And the other food is so heavy salted as opposed to flavorful and quality. Why everyone raves about the food- it has serious quality issues- I promise. I hope someone from restaurant reads this and knows that I am telling the truth. You could absolutely change a couple things and be actually top notch. The soup is inedible due to salt and if you made your pitas with love ---- would really elevate your offerings!

Naples, FL WOW!!!! We agreed that this is our favorite…read moredinner of the trip...and we've had some good ones! The decor sets you in a little slice of Greece and is simple yet elegant. First off..Emily and Alex greeted us like family when we got there and made us feel welcome (the Saganaki was amazing, the best we've ever had...thank you!). We began with an appetizer called Dolmades, which we have had before at another Greek restaurant, these were in a totally different ballpark though with a Lemanto sauce that was out of this world delicious, and Dolmades are hand rolled grape leaves filled with a beef and rice mixture and covered with the Lemanto sauce (a tangy egg/lemon sauce)...as amazing as these were I knew we were in for a great night! Emily and Alex then sent out a Saganaki for us to enjoy and get the chance to yell "Opa!" The Saganaki is (and this is straight from the menu cause I actually had no idea) an Imported Kefalograviera Cheese (goat and sheep milk) that is flambeed table side and everyone celebrates by yelling "OPA!" when it gets lit....also, the best we've ever had! Terri ordered the Chicken Souvlakia. For those who ask "What's that?" I'll tell you....It's Chicken marinated in Greek seasonings, skewered and char-broiled and comes with pita and a creamy Greek dressing for dipping, and a side of lemon roasted oregano potatoes. She said everything was amazing and she even tried (and liked) the creamy Greek dressing! If you know Terri, "if its not Thousand Island get it away from me" is the norm...so this shocked me. I ordered the Lamb Shank, which is something I have never had before...I've heard that Lamb can be " gamey" so it's generally something I'll shy away from. But watching the episode of TripleD where they featured this dish I was confident that these folks know what they're doing with a Lamb Shank..and am I ever glad that I did...their preparation for this dish pretty much ensures that the gamieness that you may expect isn't going to be a problem. They slowly braise it with vegetables, red wine, and other fresh herbs...the result is a beef so tender that it literally is fall off the bone! It reminds me of a roast my Grandma used to make but a richer and more depth of flavor beef. It was simply amazing! It's served over a bed of Mykonos style orzo (a Greek style of pasta cooked risotto style with a tomato base that at first glance looks like rice but its a pasta)...then they finish it with lamb gravy and parmesan. And it is fantastic!!!!! Thank you to Emily, Alex and their entire team that really treated us like we'd known them for years...we didn't find out about Mykonos Kuzina until we were headed back home from vacation last year and were totally bummed that we'd missed out on getting to their place. From the day we got home last year I started planning on stopping by their place ... it was the first place on my list of stops we had to make. Sometimes you get an idea or concept in your mind and you make expectations that cannot be met...I was a bit nervous that maybe I had done that myself here but I'm happy to say that Mykonos Kuzina, Emily and Alex and their entire team not only met but exceeded my expectations....Thank You!

It was the Monday after the New Year and every other food truck except one was closed, so Gyros2Go was mobbed and the guys inside were working like fiends. Our order took about 45 minutes to be complete and the items with chicken or lamb gyros were overcooked and mediocre. I'm pretty sure that what happened is the huge demand prevented the meat being shaved from the rotisserie from being adequately cooked on the surface. I could see that the cook was then taking the shaved meat and finishing it on a flat top griddle where it was chopped and burned up. When it was served it was then dry little meat bits. Ick! Our plain Greek salads were good but french fries were not fried long enough (probably rushed out of the fryer). All in all it was a disappointment.

They are very good and they taste like they have a Greek dry rub on them, yet they're not too salty. Very good. I also ordered the Falafel platter and it was super tasty. Super crunchy outside and soft on the inside- served with hummus, tazaki, and feta! For dessert I tried the baklava. This was okay. The taste was great but I am used to baklava having a drizzle of honey on it and this seemed to have a very thin liquid on it, almost like water. Overall 4/5 though and I would come back!
