No such accessories were on display but a member of staff came over and asked if he could help. Normally I loathe this approach to customer service, particularly in mobile phone retailers where the staff can be very pushy, but on this occasion I was most grateful for the offer. On hearing my request the member of staff informed me that he was sure there was one in the storage room that was an old design so was no longer in display. He hurried off and 5 minutes later returned with a slightly dusty box containing my desired product. Dust wiped off and a little knocked off the price as it was old stock and I left the store a happy customer. This was an especially pleasant shopping experience given my frustrating recent visit to an Exeter brach of the Carphone Warehouse.

I took it to TechTok on Monday afternoon and it was fixed and ready for me to collect by mid-week. Recommended! Especially to anyone who has bought a glued screen and is worried about removing it.

Popped into the store today as I wanted to switch my network to O2 and was interested in a couple…read moreof different phones. We were greeted by a very bubbly girl (didn't catch her name sadly) who was very welcoming and got us queued up to speak to a sales colleague, we had a bit of a chat about phones and their rival companies just to have a laugh. My partner and I were then joined by Kieran, who was very knowledgeable about one of the devices I was interested in and was able to recommend it over the other due to my requirements. He walked me through the contract thoroughly and explained how their plans work as it was a little different to what I was used to. We then decided to actually take out 2 contracts as the prices were very competitive and we were happy with the service so far. We ended up going for a Samsung S21 ultra and a Plus model. Being a little pressed for time as I was running out of parking, Kieran did his absolute best to cover everything necessary as quickly as possible and didn't push any extra sales that he knew I wouldn't want (very customer-first attitude! Kudos!) This was then made an even better experience by Conor who swooped in to get our phone content transferred whilst we finished up the contracts with Kieran so that I could get back to the car in time. All in all, FANTASTIC service by everyone I spoke to, SERIOUSLY competitive prices and two VERY happy customers! Thank you all for a great experience and I am sure we will see you again when our contracts are over for an upgrade!

I came into the Taunton store today to get help with my Doro Phone easy 632. It had been backing…read moreup text messages and kept saying phone storage was full so I was unable to receive any of my text messages. The young man I saw was very helpful and got the problem sorted out in no time. He also set up my new contract as my old one had just expired! I did explain I wasn't very good with phones even the simple ones! I am very happy with the service I received. He was very polite and helpful and explained everything thoroughly and I am happy to say I am with o2 for another year! very grateful Marcia White
