Then I drove past this place on my way into town and spotted the sign, and I popped in for a chat. I can tell you now, these guys are really helpfull and know their stuff! I was happy to book my van in with them as they had done lots of these types of vans and gave me some ideas that I hadnt thought of. Their service was excellent, fitting was top quality and would highly recommend. They do all types of car radios, hands free kits, DVD players and sat nav systems and have a workshop and show room. There is no one else in Taunton that can offer all this! A++

We were greeted by a very bubbly girl (didn't catch her name sadly) who was very welcoming and got us queued up to speak to a sales colleague, we had a bit of a chat about phones and their rival companies just to have a laugh. My partner and I were then joined by Kieran, who was very knowledgeable about one of the devices I was interested in and was able to recommend it over the other due to my requirements. He walked me through the contract thoroughly and explained how their plans work as it was a little different to what I was used to. We then decided to actually take out 2 contracts as the prices were very competitive and we were happy with the service so far. We ended up going for a Samsung S21 ultra and a Plus model. Being a little pressed for time as I was running out of parking, Kieran did his absolute best to cover everything necessary as quickly as possible and didn't push any extra sales that he knew I wouldn't want (very customer-first attitude! Kudos!) This was then made an even better experience by Conor who swooped in to get our phone content transferred whilst we finished up the contracts with Kieran so that I could get back to the car in time. All in all, FANTASTIC service by everyone I spoke to, SERIOUSLY competitive prices and two VERY happy customers! Thank you all for a great experience and I am sure we will see you again when our contracts are over for an upgrade!

I came into the Taunton store today to get help with my Doro Phone easy 632. It had been backing…read moreup text messages and kept saying phone storage was full so I was unable to receive any of my text messages. The young man I saw was very helpful and got the problem sorted out in no time. He also set up my new contract as my old one had just expired! I did explain I wasn't very good with phones even the simple ones! I am very happy with the service I received. He was very polite and helpful and explained everything thoroughly and I am happy to say I am with o2 for another year! very grateful Marcia White

I was impressed with the service from the guys in abm earlier this year when I was trying to sort…read moreout my screen which had died. I wasn't sure but thought it was probably the special power adaptor that had died. The other computer shop in Trowbridge was quite happy to sell me a replacement (even though they weren't sure it was the correct one). The guys in abm advised me that it might not be the adaptor at all, but could be the connector in my screen. They didn't try to sell me a new flash screen, but as I had already explained I was looking to replace my pc in a year or two, they suggested buying a second hand screen. After a little negotiation, I got a very good second hand screen for £10 (much less than the cost of the adaptor) and they even carried it to the car for me!

Colourful little store, part of the Intek Communications chain…read more I do rather like their displays of all the latest cellphones that they put out on the pavement (okay, on a stand, on the pavement. Not really ON the pavement or they'd get trodden on..) I usually stop and look, and then start playing around with some of the snazzier models just because they're gadgets and they're cool! But of course, that's like a fly tugging at a strand of spider-0web and out pops the sales assistant, hoping to temp me into signing my bank balance away for the pleasures of sporting one of these models. he's always disappointed, of course, as I'm a cheap & cheeful pay-as-you-go gal. But he's a jolly good sport about it. There's often 'local' deals available, and if you like the latest mobile technology and have the hard cash to support it, then it's a fabulous shop to browse. Otherwise, it's poking around with display models all the way!

We visited this place when my mum's computer got a virus…read more The staff were very helpful in giving us advice to fix it and in the end we decided to leave the computer with them to fix for us, they had it for a day and called back to say it was fixed. Fast, efficient service, not too pricey, overall very good.
