Also...confused because the manager who came out kept saying they would have to discuss compensation with the owner....turns out her name is listed as the owner of the LLC! A shady group...

They're reliable, they do a great job every time, and they're always willing to work around me and my family (including that I work from home). To me, the whole point of having house cleaners is to free up time and eliminate stress, and hiring Olga's has definitely done that. Before Olga's I've used or trialled at least half a dozen cleaners in Philadelphia. Full disclosure, Olga's was one of the most expensive services per hour, but worth it IMO. My main complaint with other cleaners is that the quality of the cleans goes down over time and management is ineffective or defensive about it, and so after a year or two I have to shop for a new cleaner. Not so with Olga's. Every clean is as good as the last. If something isn't done with way I like or I want to add a new service, I just send a text and it's taken care of. I hope they stay in business for a long time because it's such a relief to know that my house will just be taken care of. The other thing is how comfortable I feel with Olga's cleaners. That's a wierd thing to say, but it can be kind of scary to have strangers come into your home and clean up after you. Part of it is shame that your house is dirty and you're not keeping up with it, and part of it trusting the cleaners with your home. The cleaners from Olga's have always been super friendly and nice, they've never made me feel weird or bad about my home (including the explosion of toys and clutter after my daughter came along). Over the years, I've left jewelry or cash around and I've never had to worry. It's just been a great find and a happy working relationship.

They have consistently called me before tentant arrival day to confirm if they are scheduled. I hate to say that I haven't done the best job this summer being on top of our tenant schedule. He was very professional and polite. He made sure everything was working. There was a test to run on the dryer to make sure there was no blockage, which at first showed 80% blockage, but after he cleaned it, it showed no blockage at all. Summary: Incomplete cleaning, then they ghosted me entirely…read more Bit of a bizarre experience: I reached out to them after finding them on Angie's List. They got back to me right away that day, had a good conversation, and scheduled a cleaning. I'd asked during that initial chat that they also clean the microwave, they said sure no problem. The first cleaning was okay--bathrooms were great, but it was clear that they hadn't vacuumed most carpeted areas as there were still little bits of debris that even a quick pass would have caught. They also ignored the microwave entirely. They left me a voicemail a few days after the first service, asking for feedback. I called back, told them that overall it was good, but that if we were to move forward with regular cleaning, we'd like them to be sure and vacuum, and to do the microwave as we had discussed. No answer. Over the following three weeks, I left four more voicemails, asking to schedule our next cleaning, and recurring cleaning going forward. To this day they've never gotten back to me. If they're too busy to take on new customers, that's fine; just tell me. If they took offense at me pointing out their incomplete cleaning approach, that's bizarre, but, again, they could just respond and say they're not interested in helping us. To just disappear off the face of the planet is a huge inconvenience and now not only do we have to find another cleaner, we're a month behind on housecleaning, just because these folks couldn't be bothered to spend 30 seconds and get back to someone who was trying to give them money on a regular basis going forward. They did a decent enough job, and my initial impression and conversation were positive, so if there's a good explanation for this bizarre behavior, I'd be willing to talk it through with them... but as it stands, it's weird and unacceptable for a business to do this kind of thing.
