Awesome place to take family. Always go during the lunch hours, a little cheaper than dinner. Family loves the shrimp tempura and I like the scallops that you order from the iPad. Very busy lunch buffet, tasty selections. The Chinese food and a small amount of dim sum is laid out in the buffet and regularly refreshed. You are able to order sushi a la carte on a iPad system with descriptions. Staff consistently clean and sanitize tables to get people through the line and open up new areas. All buffet items and sushi are included in main price. I would have loved a second glass to be able to have water and a fountain drink at the same time; also would have liked labels on the food items in the buffet. Good for a unadventurous eater dining or picky kids dining with adults. Bad for sushi lovers seeking an authentic, quality meal. As with many buffets you lose quality with quantity. They have an impressive amount of well made Chinese and Japanese food that is not sushi. But you'll be disappointed in their raw fish rolls and selection. With the sushi you get the smallest thinnest rolls with the largest portion of rice possible. The sashimi selection is ok, but I don't recommend any of their rolls. read more

This is by far the worst sushi experience in my life. It's extremely overpriced. The service is terrible. The food is the worst I've had hands down. Here's the best part. When we couldn't stomach the excuse for sushi on our plate. We were charged for over ordering. We didn't even make it home before we had to pull over and puke. Been going here for awhile. But after quite a few disappointing visits I think knot is safe to say they have quit trying. I'm going to get up and pay my $50 for two adults walk out of here and never come back. The sushi have gotten progressively worse and lazy. Who serves warm rice for sushi. My experience here was less than stellar. I walk in and the place is dead. Its obviously my first time but the guy who sat me down didn't explain the menu to me very well. He obviously wan't a people person. Basically you pay for the buffet $20 and then $5 extra if you want sushi. There is no pre-made sushi so you have to order from the menu and then they bring it out to you. The quality of the sushi was okay but not great. It seemed to be made sloppily and the spicy tuna and salmon rolls were disgusting and made with some sort of mayo sauce. The buffet food was acceptable but for $20 I'd say no. They also only give you one napkin to sit down with which I found irritating. Based on the price, combined with the service, this place desirves one star. If you're wondering whether or not to give this place a shot to see if you might have a better experience don't come. Its not worth your money. read more

I honestly love this place. I eat there every so often, mostly for lunch, and Ive never been disappointed. I wish the serving sizes were a bit clearer on the menu so i dont end up order too much that'd go to waste, lol, but thats just me. The salmon is to die for, especially just the plain sashimi. The chinese buffet is above average compared to other places. The sushi is good, but not noticeably better than other places in the city or even in the province. In the end, $23/person is a lot to pay for the ability to have some Chinese food with your sushi. I think that a person would get far more value sharing $50 worth of sushi dishes at another restaurant. read more

We have came here many times and have became accustomed to the lukewarm buffet but tonight was the final straw. Everything was cold. And not cold as per food temperature is concerned but actually below room temperature. On top of that, there was a lady that was talking to the host as if they were friends and then she proceeded to the table behind us and began to change her babies diaper. We managed to say something before the diaper came off but seriously, if this is what happens when the restaurant is half full of patrons, what goes on when the place is empty?? Previous yelpers were right on this, lots of rice vs. fish. Ok place, clean and modern but food nothing special. The one exception, bbq duck on the buffet was fantastic. Had several bland and similar flavored rolls, personally I like simple tuna nigiri but only white tuna served. Udon soup was good as was out wait staff. Try other places first. I used to love this place. The last two times have been terrible. Both of those times being served by the manager I assume. Today was the worst service I have ever received. I brought my own menu up after it sat ready for 20 mins, I had to ask twice to get a refill of water. And then never got another glass. It was like there was a force field around us. The waitresses brought out water but avoided us like the plague. I thought this was a great pption for Sushi. The all you can eat buffet combines both a buffet style assortment of hot foods and you "also" get to eat as much Sushi as you want from the menu. The staff is very accomodating and friendly. We went for two but I saw they can accomodate large groups as well. Recommend you give it a try! read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I have often ordered take out from here and it has been fine. I tried on 2 occasions now the "sit down" experience. We wanted the buffet both times. We were seated and each time after about 10 minutes. No one took our order. Well it's not that busy but maybe there is a reason. So we just went to the buffet and served ourselves. Not once during the entire meal did a server approach our table. We would have loved to have a drink either time but nope. Go without. Tables around us were served many times. They looked like larger groups (there were 4 of us) the other groups were both Asian. We are not. Make your own conclusions. Food is very basic grade. It's a buffet and they need to make a profit but still - food quality was fairly poor. If you want sushi in saskatoon with some selection this is probably about as good as you will get... But I wouldn't recommend going here at all. Good enough is good enough - seems to be the mission statement here. We won't ever go back. read more

I can't say enough about this place. The next morning I was still thinking back at how cool this place was. First off, the iPad menu was super sweet. So many options to choose from, great pictures to see what you're ordering and once you've decided you submit your order on the iPad and within a few minutes... Bam - There's your sushi! The buffet was decent size, don't expect 150+ items but the 30-40 or so items they did have were perfect, honestly I don't think they needed more. The staff was really great, friendly and helpful. The decor of the place was sleek and warm, everyone there was having a great time. The quality of the food was exceptional for a all you can eat restaurant. I can't believe people are giving this place such bad reviews, maybe they went on a off night or I went on a really good day. Either way Check this place out. I can't wait to go back!! read more

we went there at around 6:45 PM, it is not full, we stood in front the sign where it says "wait to be seated" for 15 mins, saw several staff passed by us, did not even greet us, finally a male staff approach us, no greetings or anything, he just told us to follow him, he just pointed the table and we seated, another 10 mins passed, normally they will give water and some needed bowls are served but nothing. we went to the buffet bar as my son orders via the tablet, pop was served 30 mins after, still no water, sushi came after 45 mins, we ordered tempura and scallops but it wasn't served,i asked several times for water but nothing came, we finished eating without the said orders being served. we decided to leave in dismay and unsatisfied customer. i don't think we'll come back there!! read more
