The best crawfish you can buy, live or cooked, anywhere near here. Huge, healthy bugs, biggest we've ever seen. Their boiled options are amazing, with a great custom spice blend. One big exception: terrible sausage! They should change this, or just leave it out. And it's expensive - dinner for 2 is around $100 for bugs, shrimp, and sides - but worth it. Also, the coolest guy owns the place, he'll tell you all you wanna know about his business or his cooking process, and the ladies working there could not be nicer. I love the part where you can just drive through and l have your crawfish ready even without stepping out from your car. I like their crawfish because they're pretty clean and size is good to my opinion. However i think it needs a little more flavor to my crawfish. Why 5 stars? Because we aren't necessarily crawfish people, but this couldn't have been a more convenient way to try it out. --- --- --- My wife and I have both had crawfish a couple of times, but definitely would not consider ourselves regular mud bug eaters. But we drive past this location every day when we take our son to school and were both hoping to try it. We pulled in with every intention of dining inside, but when we saw the drive-thru, we quickly pivoted. We ordered the smallest portion of crawfish that came with a couple potatoes + corn on the cob. It was packaged in a very thick bag that prevented the smell or any leaks from coming out, which was very appreciated. We got home and started our very amateurish consumption of the crawfish. We are both wusses with spiciness, so we mostly just elected to dip the tails into the movie theater-like butter. Are we going to be eating crawfish regularly? Probably not. But this experience was a really positive one. I can't imagine it being more convenient than pulling into a shed and receiving everything neatly packed up within a couple of minutes. read more

Purchased crawfish by the bag from here. The size was select and larger than expected. I have also eaten here several times. The food is good, they are very organized and have a large seating area outside with a play area for kids. The owner/manager has a positive attitude and the staff is friendly. I also like the sinks outside near the restroom where you can wash your hands without going inside the toilet area. BYOB on coolers (they don't want glass containers) I've eaten the crawfish several times. The mushrooms were good, however, I with they would not cut the mushrooms and leave whole. I found the corn and boiled potato's good. They could use a bit more parking, but as organized as they are, I'd bet they're working on that. read more

We almost didn't go to Go Crawfish due to the open hours question. Understand that they have two locations, the one that serves food has longer hours than the one that sells uncooked crawfish (thus the difference in times on the Go Crawfish web page (not entirely clear). First time today. Facility is amazing. The people working were some of the nicest people. Crawfish were amazing. I like them spicy, my wife not so much. These were right down the middle. Plenty to do for the entire family. I only regret we didn't stay longer and order more bugs. Kudos to these folks doing it right read more

Crawfish was very good and only had one with an uncurled tail. They do not have a liquor license yet, so it is byob. Luckily we called first and were able to pick up beer in the can on the way. The seating inside was comfortable. Will definitely go there again. read more

We went here for my husband's birthday. Man, what an awesome place! The sitting area is HUGE! It's half covered and half outside. They just opened, but already have a great menu! We ordered crawfish, sausage, ravioli, shrimp (shrimp was already deveined and cut on top for easy peeling (my hands thank you!!)), potatoes and corn...man oh man was it all delicious!
