In the areas that I and my husband were able to look at, it looks almost like a new roof. As you can see from the before / after photos, there are a few stains remaining, but all living garbage (moss, lichen, and whatever else was growing up there) is completely gone. They were highly recommended by our roofer, so I didn't get any other quotes. I can't say whether the price was high, low, or average. At roughly 75 cents per square foot, the cost was certainly more than I was expecting. (The type of roof, as well as its pitch, probably also factors in to the pricing.) So 5* for the job as accomplished, with the caveat that the price seemed high. But then again, what doesn't these days?

Some insurance companies have been sending letters requiring homeowners to get this done, and after looking at our roof we figured we'd better get ahead of the letter. I met with Chris (the owner) and he was great throughout the process. He's doing a lot of work in Folsom because the moss is going crazy here for some reason. His team came out and started with the roof... and oh my gosh... the amount of stuff that came off our roof was stunning, like maybe two ten gallon buckets of moss and crud (first time cleaning in 30 years). They cleaned the solar panels, then proceeded to power wash the entire house, and all the concrete front, back and side yards. Everything is cleaner now, and worth the expense. I checked with other companies too, but Cali offered the all-in-one bundle that left the roof, screens, walls, and concrete looking great.

I contacted them around 10:00am for an estimate, I approved the estimate at 11:00am, they were on the project by 12:30pm and finished by 2:00 PM. Three guys total. All very professional and detailed. They even blew my entire roof off as it was covered in dirt and leaves. I asked them if they could trim my orange tree because several branches were hanging over the the roof. They said no problem and took care of if. Last, they cleaned all my gutters with a spray hose and flushed the downspouts to make sure nothing was clogged.
