I needed a custom breakfast nook built in our condo to accommodate the needs of our growing family. I shopped around a LOT and got a wide range of estimates, ideas and time frames, none of which suited our budget or needs. (Not to mention, very few contractors had examples of their work to look over.) Fortunately, I stumbled upon TrimLogic and was impressed with the pictures posted and his reviews. Craig replied to my inquiry immediately and was able to provide a reasonable estimate (especially considering the level of his work). I had a very specific idea of what I wanted and he was able to work with my design and improve it! He added the little details that really made this piece shine like matching the moulding, add little extras, installing soft shut hinges and appropriate finishes. He convinced me to stain the bench top to match my cabinets and leave the base and wainscotting white. What a brilliant idea! The bench visually flows into my kitchen cabinets without overwhelming the area with all white or all wood. He thought of all the things that I didn't even know I should be concerned about. Craig was a very respectful of my family and home during the installation process. The majority of the bench build and painting/staining occurred offsite. This meant less mess, noise and smell in my house. Craig arrived on time (or would text me if running late) and he always cleaned up every day! He was conscious to protect our walls, hardwood floor and even the outdoor area where he worked. He even worked around my toddler's nap schedule and kept the noise to a minimum during that time. I don't need to sit here and describe the quality and beauty of his work. You can see & read this for yourself in the pictures and reviews on Yelp, Facebook and his website. I really appreciated his communication promptness; he always responded to me immediately. Also, he managed his time and budget extremely well. He gave us an installation date (and length of time) and did not run over nor did he underestimate his budget. Finally, he took pride in his work and his company and made sure the process and end product lived up to his standards. My only warning? Act fast ... he books up quickly!! Thank you Craig and TrimLogic for our beautiful breakfast nook. We can now all sit down together for dinners and connect as a family. You can't put a price on that!

We had pre-purchased special anchors and screws to install a couple of wall beds on our apt, but our parts ended up not working... =[. Brendan showed up right on time, had all the tools needed to do the job and clean up, and extra heavy duty anchors and screws ! Brendan worked quickly, efficiently, did a great job and cleaned up so it looked like he was never there. except the giant wall beds expertly installed. He built, replaced, and insulated walls; added doors and a window; mounted floor-to-ceiling pantry cabinets; and handled all the trim and molding. Nothing was out of scope, and whenever an issue arose, we discussed it and moved forward as a creative team. He and his assistant also tackled a handful of small household jobs that had been nagging me--replacing the floor of the kitchen sink, adjusting the door to accommodate pull-out bins, and reviving a sagging garden gate I'd been quoted $3,000 to replace. As others have noted, Brendan is communicative, helpful, and upbeat. He is highly skilled and completed everything on budget. That's practically unheard of in a remodeling project. Oh, and for women homeowners: it's refreshing to work with a contractor who treats you with friendly respect and collaboration. If you have a project in mind, reach out! Most recently, he built a greenhouse for me that is exceptional and I get a lot of positive comments from my neighbors about it. He is always on time, is reliable and is really friendly and professional. He kept me updated along the build process and the liner turned out pretty sweet with a beautiful custom fit. Worth noting when comparing this custom liner vs the mass produced stuff online- Jim can create a welded one-piece unit that is structural vs. most online stuff is multiple pieces bolted together. Jim responded pretty much immediately with not only a thoughtful, friendly, and great explanation of what his capabilities are, but lots of suggestions of other reputable businesses to try since he couldn't quite do what I wanted. Jim continued to respond promptly and provide lots of great support and suggestions based on my responses. I particularly appreciated Jim's honesty and being so transparent and up-front about the results if he were to do the job with his equipment. Although Jim didn't have the capability to perform what I wanted, I was able to get the job done through following his recommendations. I'd definitely recommend contacting Mighty Fab if you need any metal work done, and I'll definitely keep Mighty Fab in mind for future needs.

From the beginning, Alan was methodical, communicative and prompt. He showed up to give us an estimate and answered my numerous questions about the job at hand. By the end of the same day of his initial visit, we had a detailed estimate in email, which we approved. Our house was remodeled in the past with uniqueness and quality materials in mind, but with 80% completion on many aspects. We needed a contractor who could help complete our unique vision. Alan replaced a large area of cedar shakes on the back of our home, helping erase the evidence of a decayed deck we previously removed. He also crafted a solution for a corner where the previous homeowner didn't seal up the house properly. Alan was organized and gave great attention to detail. He communicated his arrival and departures each day, and ended up finishing ahead of schedule.
