We signed up for 90 minutes, put on our grippy socks (bring your own or buy a pair there) and we went off the explore. My Play Place seems to have it all for various ages groups to enjoy. They have multiple ball pits for different levels, an indoor playground, cars and scooters to ride around, texture games, a coloring station, a mini grocery store, a dress up area, and lots more to keep you and the kids engaged and having fun for hours! Not only was there lots to do, but everything was immaculate and cleaned constantly. The wonderful woman in charge (whose name escapes me) was very friendly and making sure each and every thing was clean and put in its place (don't know how she does it all!). My son played for almost the whole 2 hours and instantly passed out on the ride home haha. Lots of fun toys, the ball pit was his favorite! This place is clean and well organized. Was a tiny bit hard for me to find at first when driving around the parking lot but that's my only complaint. Really sad to see this place go at the end of the month, but so glad we got to visit!

We filled out our waivers online and showed up at UP Town Jungle and immediately told her we had Groupon passes and that's when the attitude started. I showed her our signed waivers or I should say Attempted to show her our signed waivers and she said, "Oh, that may be but it doesn't matter because you're not in our system. " Then some little teenager pipes in with her little attitude and says, " Are you sure you didn't send it to another location??" We eventually got in after filling out and signing additional waivers online. To make matters worse, the only reason we went last night was to bring our 2 year old granddaughter there so she could play and tire herself out because she has to go to Phoenix Children's Hospital for a procedure and we were hoping if she was more tired it would make the night and the procedure less scary for her and our adult son ( her Dad). The place is pretty clean including bathrooms and the employees are always walking around often picking up toys and sanitizing or vacuuming. There's also a separate area with tables and chairs for snacking or for parents to work. I had my son's birthday here and I chose the private party package after business hours so I didn't have to worry about it being packed with other people we don't know. The employees were communicative when I had questions regarding my party prior to his bday. I provided everything including decor, goodies, food, and they provided tables and chairs. However, we did come again to play on a separate occasion on a weekday and it was very very busy. I rated a 4 because I wished they capped at a certain capacity since Playzona isn't as large as others play places.
