Obviously, we came to try the viral pumpkin and bucket coffee drinks and they did NOT disappoint! They're definitely on the pricier side at around $20 each, but you can really see the care and attention to detail that goes into making each drink. The cookies were also incredibly flavorful! You order at the front, and within a few minutes, one of the workers brings your drinks right out. The whole experience was so fun and definitely put me in the fall spirit! The drinks are absolutely worth trying!

I'm a bit torn on this place…read more I'll start with the positives: if you want a cute drink, they can definitely deliver. Right now (October 2026) they have both lattes served in a pumpkin (don't add a little pumpkin to your latte, add a lot of latte to your pumpkin!) or lattes served in buckets, along with a plethora of other things you can buy. The buckets are not orange like in the ads, they're clear container sort of like the containers you'd get cole slaw in, but I think they have fall stickers on them if I'm not mistaken. I got the pumpkin drink, and was happy that they do have decaf as an option. They're generous with the whipped cream and toppings. I have not tried their cookies, but they looked good. The shop itself is cute, it's got retro vibes. There's plenty of street parking outside. I was a bit disappointed first and foremost with how spendy the place was. Yes, the drink is adorable, but $20 + tax + tip is not cheap, and that is the prime reason I didn't get to try their cookies. I was happy to have the experience but wouldn't be able to afford to go again at this price point. The coffee was good, but a lot sweeter than what I'm used to. And sadly I was hoping for a warmer atmosphere and service for a little shop lite this. I wouldn't say the staff was overly friendly.

Anytime I get/ have to take a field trip for / during working hours, I always look to Yelp for…read morecoffee and or baked goods. I recently had to be in the downtown Glendale area - the Yelp machine recommended I hit up Blue Corn Cafe. There's some development / construction in the downtown area so parking is a little limited. However - I was able to snag a spot right along 58th Ave and get a good view of all the cute shops to check out at a later date. Blue Corn was surprisingly busy that morning due to hosting a Coffee with Cops event. I got the low down from a few of the GPD staff that they are consistently rated as one of the best cafes in the city, maybe even the West Valley. They have recently-ish opened up a second location in DT Mesa, which definitely fits their vibe. I was told the owner gets up early every day to bake - I love the dedication to his craft. Like many mom and pops, there are times when quantities are limited. So ofc I had to buy some baked goods to go for my work team! Their muffins are HUGE - like 2 -3 servings per *singular* muffin. I didn't know what I was getting into when I bought 6... hello carb heaven for us. I noticed a lot of sweet and savory options - croissant sandwiches, cookies, you name it. Definitely the muffins were well-enjoyed by all (PSL, lemon-blueberry, red velvet), and the general consensus was lemon blueberry as the winner. It's a small space with not a lot of seating options however there appears to be a back patio that might be shared with other restaurants. I couldn't get a view on my way out. Cannot wait for the next time that I'm in the area to grab more sweets!

I had about a two-hour break during a track…read moremeet and noticed a small line forming outside this bakery in downtown Glendale--so I decided to go on a little adventure. This was my first stop, and I'm so glad it was. The café itself is absolutely charming--spacious, clean, and with plenty of seating. But what stood out immediately was the customer service. From the moment I walked in, everyone was smiling. You can tell this is a team that genuinely enjoys what they do. Despite the line, they were patient, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Their coffee selection is wide but not overwhelming. . I went with the matcha latte with pistachio, which was well-balanced. When it came to food, I couldn't decide between my usual go-to (broccoli and cheese quiche) or the bacon, spinach, and cheddar--or even the tomato basil, which sounded amazing. I asked the barista/ server to choose for me, and she recommended the bacon, spinach, and cheddar. It did not disappoint. The crust was thick and perfectly done, and the filling was layered and flavorful--just incredible. I also ordered an ube muffin and was given a complimentary lemon tart (no complaints here!). The ube muffin was exactly what you'd hope for--lightly sweet with a delicate blend of vanilla, nutty notes, and a hint of coconut. The lemon tart was perfectly balanced--bright, slightly tart, and complemented beautifully by the whipped topping. Before leaving, I grabbed a loaf of sourdough to go. They even offered to slice it for me--small detail, big win. And I have to say, coming from San Francisco, I do not say this lightly: this is hands-down some of the best sourdough I've had outside of San Francisco. Honestly worth the 45-minute drive just for that alone. I come from a background in the restaurant industry, and great service doesn't go unnoticed. Everyone here was attentive, kind, and truly invested in the experience they provide. The customer service alone is worth the visit. They so offer Panini's and daily soups.. Their menu changes daily. They also offer Louisiana hot sauce so someone knows what they're doing. I can't wait to bring my kids here next time. We will absolutely be back.

They had already put away half of their gelato and baked goods in the cabinet. I understand closing time is at 10:30, but if you still have almost half an hour left, I'm sure there are customers that are gonna come in and buy things. There were three parties of people that walked in while we were in there and then sitting out on the really nice patio. There is a little bit of seating inside, but the patio was very nice and there was plenty of seating out there too. The vibe is super cute, and I love the decor. Hopefully next time we go back, we can actually try things because they won't be put away!

The matcha flavor was seasonal and sadly out of stock, but the taro was so good I ended up glad they didn't have it. I showed the lady working a photo from Yelp and asked her to add white chocolate. I got the dark chocolate dipped taro paleta with coconut flakes. It had a subtle taro flavor and wasn't too sweet. Pretty good but wish it had a stronger taro flavor! This was a 8/10 for me The horchata agua fresca ($3.95) was super underwhelming and nothing special. It was very sweet and didn't taste freshly made. This was 5/10 for me Would certainly return and recommend
