It was loaded with fresh ingredients. A bit expensive for a sandwich, but that's everywhere in Copenhagen. It was a good size. Can be served on a smorgasbord style, for presentation, if you dine in. I tried the Smagsløget anberfaler (Danish country ham, brie cheese, bacon and homemade salsa) if you want the more traditional sandwich, and Flaeskestegs sandwich (Danish Free-range pig, with pickled cucumbers & red cabbage) if you prefer the pickled taste.

The outdoor seating was pretty packed, and the sandwiches looked amazing, so we decided to try it! I'm so glad we did. Although we didn't see any English menus, we were able to translate the menu on our phones without a problem. We ordered our food inside, and everything was prepared quickly. We ordered three Burrata sandwiches, a jamón sandwich, and an order of fries. Everything was delicious! The sandwiches were very large and packed with fresh ingredients. The fries were crispy and came with some kind of an aioli-like dip. Plenty of outdoor seating at this restaurant and you order inside at the bar using your table number, which you can find at your table. The bathrooms are interestingly covered in sticky notes left behind by previous customers. Very fun to look through!

We ordered and paid for it at the counter. Pick up was also here when food was ready. Staff completed every step perfunctory. The Viking platter was served on a wooden plank filled with food and tastes of the Viking era. This interpretation included pulled pork, coleslaw, smoked halibut, prosciutto ham, cheese, Nordic hummus, berry compote and breads. Or favorites were the pulled pork, smoked halibut and the berry compote. We were not a fan of the Nordic hummus, which seemed just to be mashed peas but overall we enjoyed finishing the entire plank. Each of the sandwiches was filled with fresh vegetables including lettuce, red cabbage, pickled red onions, carrots, roasted eggplant, edamame, garbanzo beans, arugula, and pomegranate seeds. The Falafel Pita also came with hummus; three soft, herbaceous, green falafel fritters; and tahini-yogurt sauce on top. The Chicken Pita came with chunks of white meat chicken along with a yellow curry sauce. Both of the sandwiches were delicious, though the falafels had an unexpectedly bitter flavor.
