Ran across this amazing establishment on my travels. David's is without a doubt the most spectacular eating experience that I have had thus far while here in Denmark. My friends and I ordered the tapas and began to levitate and have an out of body experience. There were seven tapas and each one added to the euphoria we were experiencing. The Smørrebrød came as four distinct dishes which each pleasured a different area of my palate. The restaurant is situated in a nice little town on the water and provides the perfect oasis in the desert that is life. read more

We are a couple of Americans, so just give me some slack here as I leave my review. We only had a couple of nights on Møn and happened to be here on Thanksgiving Day. We have being doing life wrong. The atmosphere was serene - the feel was modern but cozy at the same time. Our waitress was extremely polite, the menu was well constructed, and the food was satisfying. We both tried the local beer, nachos for an appetizer, and sandwiches for our meal. The ingredients were fresh and everything seemed to play a role in its dish. We could have split a sandwich, though - the portions are large (and made us feel at home of course!). We reheated the sandwiches later at our rental home and they were just as good as before. We left with coffees to go, which were great as well. A wonderful way to spend Thanksgiving, and we couldn't help but feel grateful for meeting new people and tasting their wonderful recipes. read more

So the soup had a total of 3 mussels in it, and random pieces of fish, in somewhat heavy broth. I'm not sure what was the basis for the recommendation for this dish, but I definitely found it underwhelming. Friendly, but somewhat slow service, had an impression that the restaurant was understaffed.
