Use caution - their support and operations are run from Pakistan, and their service is anything but dependable. I reserved a round-trip between JFK and CT, paid in advance, and gave them full flight details. Not a single update was provided. On pickup day, I called them. They said, "Our drivers are tracking your flight, you'll be picked up on time." That was not true. It's essentially a scam. They never show up when they're supposed to. They make customers wait 60-90 minutes and then falsely claim the driver was there and left. Your scheduled pickup time means absolutely nothing to them. They batch rides, so if another pickup is two hours out, you'll wait that long. If it's sooner, great - but it's all luck. Horrible service, no professionalism whatsoever. read more

The only alternative offered was cancellation and refund. This last-minute ultimatum left me without reasonable options at 2 AM, forcing me to book an Uber urgently to avoid missing my flight. The company admitted the error was theirs but refused to provide an equivalent service at the agreed price or take responsibility for the consequences. I booked a reservation for my father-in-law to be picked up from LGA on 12/2/25. Everything was arranged well in advance, before he even left his home state. However, upon landing, he received a text stating that the driver had "accidentally" gone to JFK instead--and would not be picking him up at LGA. This left him stranded at the airport at 8:00 PM, with no alternative offered. My father-in-law is a senior who struggles with using a smartphone, and after trying unsuccessfully to resolve the issue himself, he contacted me. When I called GO Shuttle, the dispatcher informed me there had been a "miscommunication," the driver had already gone home for the night, and all they could do was issue a refund. I explained that they were leaving a senior citizen alone at the airport, but despite acknowledging the mistake was theirs, they simply repeated that there was nothing they could do. This left me, from across the country, scrambling to find a safe way for him to get home. I eventually arranged an Uber to 125th in Harlem and talked him through purchasing a train ticket for the final leg of his trip. This was an enormous amount of stress for both of us--especially considering that we paid ahead of time specifically to avoid this kind of situation. On the way to the airport, the driver took a detour to stop at his house to drop off grocery for his wife. He was nice and quite chatty, but apparently not professional. The problem is the pick up from airport. We had to wait for 1hour and 20 minutes for the shuttle to appear, while I was promised that the waiting time is between 15 m to 30 minutes, but no more than 45 minutes. I would use this shuttle again, but only because of the return trip. The driver on my way there threatened me over the phone when I wasn't at my door 10 minutes BEFORE the scheduled pickup (even though the email confirm suggested that the pickup would be up to 15 minutes AFTER the scheduled time) and was rude to other passengers also. After searching for a ride to NYC airports I was referred to Go Airport Shuttle. The reservations were seamless. The pick-up was good. Funny I had to handle my bags myself but no big deal. My driver already had someone in the van and picked up 3 others along the way to the airport. I waa the 1at drop off and I arrived at the airport 90 minutes to the dot after pick up. Prompt careful service to the airport and i would highly recommend Go Shuttle Airport transportation service. Today what other services are charging this company is great and very cost effective. I have used this shuttle company twice I've had great customer service, I had to call to cancel a pick up within 2 hours of the pickup time I was refunded the full amount. Picked up from JFK and asked to stop for a bottle of water for the almost 2 hr drive if there was a place on the way. (I knew there were lots of places) The driver said he didn't think there was! I was solo and paid $250 for a "Luxury SUV". The Suburban reminded me of the one my family had in the '80's. Old, rundown and cheap. Not worth the cost!! If you're going to be in Stamford for a week and don't want to carry your bags on the AirTrain, subway and train to your hotel (not to mention walking or cabbing it from the train station), take a shuttle! I paid $60 for a door to door shuttle from JFK to my hotel in Connecticut. The price is based on where they're dropping you off. It was well worth it because it only takes about an hour (or less) with no traffic. You'll want to book your shuttle from the airport to your hotel online or over the phone. They will ask you for your arrival time and flight number. Once you get your confirmation number, print it out because it has instructions on what to do once you land at the airport. Once you collect your bags, head over to the ground transportation desk and use the courtesy phone to dial 27. It will connect you to an operator who will ask you for your name and will give you an estimate on when the driver will arrive. They told me 20-25 minutes but the driver took longer to get here, more like 40 minutes. I suspect she was picking up other people or waiting for another passenger to arrive. On my way back I also decided to take the shuttle to the airport from the hotel. The system will give you a time slot for the pickup and you have the option to choose an earlier or later pickup. The driver was 5 minutes early which was great for me. I arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare and the driver didn't make any cell phone calls or text messages. He helped me with my bags so I gave him a nice tip for getting me there early. read more

Boy oh boy, some of these reviews are very concerning. I read them after I reserved and paid for a shared ride from Connecticut to LGA airport. But, I gotta tell you I had a completely positive experience with Go Airport Shuttle. First, I was the first of four riders going to the airport. The driver was at my door three minutes early. The vehicle was a black Chevrolet Suburban. He loaded my bag into the back. The vehicle was very clean and was devoid of any weird odors. We picked up two more riders and I noticed he called the last rider to provide an updated eta due to traffic along I-95. We arrive at the airport without any problems or issues. Upon my return, flying into LGA, I received a text message and email with shuttle instructions. Like, when and where to call Go Airport Shuttle when you're ready to be picked up. But, after I retrieved my luggage, the driver from Go Airport Shuttle called and let me know where the pick up in the terminal was located. He also let know how far away he was. I think I waited appropriately 15 mins, tops, before he pulled up. He confirmed my name, grabbed my bags, and I quickly jumped into the Ford Transit Van (like a Sprinter Van). The driver told me that there's one more rider. Just as he said that, the second rider walked out and we were off into NY/CT commuter traffic. This driver drove me and the other rider back to Connecticut safe and sound. This vehicle was also clean and there were no problems. No crazy or reckless driving. Just like my first driver, this one wasn't talkative, which I prefer. It was all good. This was my first time using Go Airport Shuttle here in Connecticut and I would definitely use them again. Think about, airport parking prices in NY are ridiculous (both on-site and off-site). This company will pick you up and drop you off at your house for cheaper. So that's it folks. After reading several reviews here, I was quite concerned that my 2:40 AM pick-up would be timely. (It looks like NYC has the most problems.) As for my experience in Las Vegas, everything went smoothly. The driver texted 10 minutes before pick-up and was there outside the Four Queens early. Some minor hassle - in that I did not know I was supposed to print out a voucher-- was cleared up by the cordial driver who helped me get the information from my i-pad email. Exceptional service to and from JFK. Harold was our driver from our home to JFK, and Charles picked up at JFK and brought us home. Both times, the cars (luxury SUVs) were immaculately clean, nicely ventilated, and the drivers were conscientious about mask-wearing. They were the perfect balance of courteous without over-talkative and let us have our own conversation when needed. Both ways, the drivers arrived early, were very communicative via text (as was GO Shuttle HQ), and got us where we needed to be very promptly. Navigating through Connecticut and around JFK, both at peak hours, is not easy, and they did a great job getting us to and from safely and quickly. As a former highly satisfied customer of both Go Airport Shuttle CT's private car and shared shuttle services, my recent attempts to book a private car have been nothing but headaches and frustration topped off with attitudes from miserable customer service representatives. If one is so unhappy with their job, they should find something else to do for meager pay. For those that haven't tried Uber, give it a shot. Their "black car" service is every bit as good and more professional in the fact that you always know where your ride is and there's no need to deal with unpleasant customer service representatives. Also, the last time I successfully booked and used Go Airport Shuttle CT, they never credited me the AA frequent flier miles either. The massively negative trend of reviews of this once excellent establishment should be evidence enough to take your business elsewhere. read more

Too long to describe my awful experience but it involved a stuck van, the paying customers helping the poor driver getting out of the situation (corporate base did not know how to help driver properly in an emergency) and getting home 5-plus hours later. I had a reservation for drop off at LAX. Their confirmation link had the incorrect pickup location. When I asked customer service to confirm the correct location, 7 minutes before the shuttle was due to arrive, they told me that the driver is not answering and they don't have a backup driver available. They told me to find other means of transportation to LAX. The total cost there and back would have been a little over $100, but now, due to not being able to use their service, I had to park last-minute at LAX and will have to pay hundreds of dollars in parking costs. I have submitted for a full refund but have not heard back yet. If I didn't have other means of transportation I would have been stranded and missed my flight to Australia where I was to spend Christmas with my family. I do not recommend their service. read more

We traveled to John Wayne Airport(SNA) on vacation. We had looked a day or two in advance about getting a shuttle or limo or taxi to the Disney hotel and they were all booked up or very expensive. For 6 passengers, we were looking at close to $200 for a private shuttle or limo service. Even the shred shuttle vans were close to $100 and they make a million stops. So we looked around and found this service, Go Airport Shuttles. We secured a "private van" for 7 passengers seating. We had 6 of us and 5 suitcases. When we landed, we got a text from our driver Melad who said he saw our flight was arriving early and was at the airport 40min ahead of our scheduled appointment. That was absolutely awesome. Then, he arrived in a gorgeous 2019 Yukon XL Denali. He was extremely professional and greeted us wearing dress attire. Basically, we felt like VIP's from Start to finish. It was not just a great experience and saved us a ton of time and stress, but it was really economical compared to the other services available. We could not ask for more. Thank you. The driver was rude and screamed at me on the phone. This is no way to talk to anybody esp if one is himself 5 mins late. I was misinformed that the shuttle would come at 9.15. AM . I did go down at 9.15 am but not finding anybody I called the call center at 9.30 who said the bus would come in 10 mins at which point I went up again. I think even if the driver came late that is not an issue. But driver no. 877 decided to be rude and screamed and told me he would only wait for 5 mins and said "are you coming or I'll leave ?.. I am der only for 5 more mins .. " .This is no way you speak to anybody. Later when my friend (who came down with me ) asked him why did he scream over the phone .He denied he screamed and started screaming in the process again. when I told him he was screaming over the phone , in a high pitch he asked me if I wanted to go in the van .. implying if I didn't keep quiet he would not give me a ride. He screamed at me twice. Meanwhile my friend went aside and all of a sudden the driver screamed at him and said he would punch my friend on his face. And then accused my friend of touching the van when my friend was a good feet away and had not touched the van. We were all stunned that he just started accusing my frend out of no where. When my friend mentioned he would complain to the customer center representatives .. the driver got scared and said ... "If you are a man you will settle this here " .When my friend said please go ... he said you are not a Man and said he would not leave ... " the driver waited in the van for 2 -3 mins and moved after that . Called up someone in theie office and completely twisted the story. I have people who will act as witnesses to my account. I hope disciplinary action is taken against driver no 877. His attitude was distasteful and uncalled for. read more

I booked GO Shuttle as a round trip to and from JFK. Our trip to the airport in the afternoon was fine - if only rating that experience it would be 3 or 4 stars. The driver was rather surly and showed no appreciation of customers. Not even a thank you for a tip at the end. However, the return pick up scheduled for 6:30 in the morning was a royal pain. First, communication with a heavily accented service representative was tough. What was eventually clear was that the shuttle would be there in 25 minutes (NOT). I called back after 35 minutes and was told it would be 10 or 15 minutes (NOT). I called back in another 20 minutes and I was told there was a lot of traffic (DUH, NYC ON A WEEKDAY). 10 minutes later the same surly driver as the first part of the trip showed up and refused to answer a simple question about us being on his list until he did a bunch of paper work. He was there 12 minutes before we pulled out. Another detail - I found the seating in the back bench seat of the van very very tight for leg-room. After a 6 hour flight another 90 minutes in the van was a physical challenge. The front bench seat was fine, the back was a problem. For us this was a test run - I will be booking a large party to and from the airport for another trip this summer. GO Shuttle is no longer in consideration. I recommend you look elsewhere, especially for early morning returns, it was too much for them to handle. read more
