Forty-five minutes later, I realized it, called, got Justin, and it had not been turned in. So he got one of his employees right on it, and it was still out in the parking lot in the grocery basket. I was so grateful to Justin for acting so quickly and for calling me back and delivering "great news," as he put it, and it was. I am grateful to all the shoppers too. Thank you, Justin. No customer should feel targeted, singled out, or treated unfairly while simply trying to shop. After dealing with this behavior repeatedly, it's clear this is not a one-time misunderstanding. Management should not allow employees to treat customers this way. It creates a hostile and uncomfortable environment and reflects poorly on the entire store.
