Each aisle is very organized, well stocked and clearly priced. They also have a self service spice section that is much easier to use than the setups that you might see at Whole Foods. The Herbal Essentials is made by the owner of the shop I think, and it captivated my interest right away looking at the first few pages. Got a 10% deal because it was just released. After this book?
