He lowered the pressure on the system to the proper range (1PSI), pointed out how the system works and why certain rooms were not getting steam (aka 50 year old boilers should be retired). He also found 2 issues, one of which I was already aware of that explained why the efficiency was so low. He was able to give me fair prices for parts and labor and also suggested following up with Mass Save before deciding to spend anything on the system. All and all, I got a fair price, honest assessment. I would highly recommend.

I wrote several months ago concerning damage done to my driveway. I think I received 2 responses…read moreafter I contacted them multiple times. I sent pictures, truck I'd and employee number. It's been 6 months and I still haven't heard an honest reply. I think they don't care about their responsibilities to correct damage. Btw the driveway is clearly marked not to enter AND I'm not a customer of consumers. Bogus operation if they don't want to correct the damage their truck did. I have to give a rating so one star is one star to many. Stay tuned

To the left of the huge number of fuel pumps stands a separate building that houses an automatic car wash. The main store is positively cavernous. To the left is a Dunkin' Donuts, with a few tables near the front window (the Dunkin' also has a drive-up, which wraps around the back of the building and doesn't seem to interfere with the gas station traffic). On the right side of the store is a bona-fide barbecue restaurant (no pizza slices or hot dogs on rollers at this gas station, folks!) that also has a few tables in front of its counter. Registers are in the right-front corner of the store, along with an island cooler of to-go foods. Also, there is a f'real shake machine, which is usually only found at Cumberland Farms. Despite all that occupies this store, it doesn't feel the least bit cramped. On the contrary, I feel like you could almost play a game of football, basketball or street hockey (take your pick) in this store. Even the shelves of snacks in the middle of the store have plenty of room around them. While the store has a huge cool factor, a few things prevented me from giving it five stars. First, it's difficult pulling out of here because the store is near - but not at - a traffic light, and also because an off-ramp from Route 99 dumps traffic onto Mendon Road. Although the men's bathroom was clean, they need to hire a plumber to fix the rocking toilet. Also, a fair amount of restocking needed to be done in the drink coolers.

Usually 30 - 40 cents more expensive than others around here. I usually go to Seasons on Diamond Hill or Cumberland Farms. Even if just running in to get the Woonsocket Call, I go to Seasons where the employees are friendly and their gas is reasonable. Well to save time, I ran into Circle get to grab the Woonsocket Call. I opened it because I wasn't sure if I should get the call or the Pawtucket Times. He started screaming at me that I can not open the paper in the store. Side note: I do it all the time at Seasons. I told such rude employee that I was buying it either way but didn't know which one I wanted. Again screamed at me that I can't open the paper in the store. I went to the counter and threw my $2.00 at him and told him to keep the change, they rob everyone with their gas anyway.
