When I looked over their offerings I was shocked to see "Feijoa", also known as Pineapple Guava. An acquired taste, this fruit was a true find if you ever grew up with a Feijoa tree close by. You just don't find this fruit in your local stores. The Kombucha was very good, not too much bite to it. it comes in a glass jar. If you're looking for the best supplement store in Chula Vista, this is it, no question…read more I've tried multiple supplement shops around Chula Vista and San Diego, and most of them feel the same overpriced products, basic advice, and employees just trying to make a sale. South Bay Supps is completely different. This is the only supplement store near me where I actually trust the recommendations. Whether you're looking for protein powder, pre-workout, fat burners, recovery supplements, or even guidance on performance and cycle support, he takes the time to explain what actually works and what doesn't. For anyone new to fitness, this is hands down one of the best places to start. He'll walk you through exactly what supplements you need and help you avoid wasting money on things you don't. For experienced lifters or bodybuilders, this is where it separates itself from every other fitness supplement store in San Diego. The level of knowledge goes beyond basic products, he understands performance, recovery, and how to actually optimize your results. I've gone in thinking I needed a full stack, and instead of upselling me, he told me what to cut out and why. That level of honesty is rare in this industry. Every time I leave, I feel more dialed in and confident in what I'm taking. On top of that, the customer service is always top tier friendly, welcoming, and no pressure at all. He also supports the military, which I respect a lot. I recommend South Bay Supps to anyone in Chula Vista, San Diego, or anyone searching for a reliable supplement store nearby. If you're serious about your fitness goals and want real guidance, this is the place to go.

It gets over whelming and I Think to myself, "do I really have what it takes to take on this new lifestyle?" Well, I walked by this place quite a few times and never knew anything about it. I've taken prework out at least 6 times in my life and I love the energy and boosts it gives me at the gym. I always got it from my friend. Anyways, on Tuesday I walked by and the owner of the store, Albert, was handing out samples of a the Pro-Ignite pre workout out he was trying to sell. I tried it and loved it. I had a great workout! Lots of motivation and sweat almost pouring down my face. And most importantly, didn't have a hard time sleeping! I felt great the next day and couldn't wait to go back to the gym. I stopped by there again to ask for other types of prework out that he offers . I tried a fat burning type of prework out and I ended up still liking the Pro-Ignite better. Tastes better too lol. Yesterday I stopped by again and talked to him. He's so patient with me and all my questions. Even when he has to explain it multiple times he doesn't seem to mind it. Like I said it's like learning a new language basically in 10 minutes. I finally made my purchase after a couple of days of testing what I like. He's a super chill and informative man and I am glad I made my purchase with him instead of Amazon lol. Thanks again Albert ! See you at the shop or at the gym!
