They answered all my questions and offering options and insights that I had not considered. I share a fence line with three neighbors. FTF gave me a detailed breakdown of what each neighbor's share would be. This made approaching my neighbors so much easier. They handled all permits and were great about keeping me updated. FTF threw out my old fence. They carefully cleared bushes and landscaping, preserving several that otherwise may have been removed. I removed four mulberry trees from the property and FTF coordinated and worked around the tree company with no issues. I especially appreciated how flexible Final Touch was--just prior to the start date I decided to add a small separate fence around my side door and an eight foot gate to allow for improved access to my backyard. These changes did not delay the project and the additional cost of these changes was very reasonable. Overall, my new fence exceeds my expectations and I am very happy. My three neighbors are happy and I have been getting compliments from passersby. I will be following up with final touch in three months to seal the wood when it is ready. My only regret is I did not do this sooner. I highly recommend Final Touch Fencing

I had read this "review" of his when searching for a fence company and was pleasantly surprised when the owner came to my home. His knowledge of the product line and his willingness to work with our budget was beyond what I had received from the four other companies I received prices from. The work crew that arrived on time was pleasant and very professional and considering the amount of work that was completed in less than 5 hours you would not even know that the fence was installed today. Cleanup was complete, no mess, no damage to any of the plantings the were along side of the newly installed fence line and my most pleasant surprise was the fact there was no cement residue or stone left over from the footings installed. We live on a corner and have noticed several vehicles slowing down to look at the fence throughout the afternoon. Justin and his assistant arrived on time with all of the equipment needed to do the job. The fence was about 20 years old and had fallen into the yard due to weather and rotten posts. They worked hard and completed the job efficiently. Justin was friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. We decided to leave a portion of the fence that was still in good condition for privacy which I appreciated. The price was very fair. The only issue involved a neighbor questioning why "her" fence was being removed. Justin did have to briefly step onto her property while working and he explained that the fence was not actually on her property. For that misunderstanding, I apologize. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work and would recommend Starr Fence to anyone looking for a new fence, repairs, or fence removal services.

My wood privacy fence was roughly 30 years old. It seemed like I spending a lot of time repairing…read moreit piece by piece over the years. My wife and I decided to have the fence replaced, but didn't know who to call. I will add that it's a known fact that fences of any kind are expensive to have installed. I mulled over the thought of ripping out the old fence and building a new one (how hard could it really be?), then I realized how much labor would be involved. I also have a dog, so fence down time was a factor here. A couple of neighbors had Statewide install a fence for them. We were luckily enough to be able to see their work before giving them a jingle. The initial quoting process was pretty easy. The consultant came out and measured the lot. He then gave us options with regard to materials and layout. He also gave us ballpark dollar and time estimates based on our selections. This quote took place toward the middle of 2020, so lumber was already a little more expensive...and there was a longer wait time for it. We decided to go with Statewide based on reviews that we read, the work they did on neighborhood fencing as well as their professionalism and courtesy. Yeah, they're expensive, but they build the fences from scratch based on your exact specifications. Statewide came out the week before Christmas 2020 and installed the fence. I was very impressed with the quality of the build as well as the cleanup after the job. The work crew was professional and dedicated to completing the job with quality in mind. I truly appreciate the work they did, especially during the holidays when the temperatures were consistently cold. If you're in the market for a fence, I'd recommend giving Statewide a call. Like I said, they're a little more on the pricey side, but the quality of their work is fantastic. This is one of those cases where you're going to get what you pay for.
