The crew showed up on the first available day to work as a couple of days of rain delayed the project, which was completely understandable. The project took 3 days to complete and we were very satisfied with the outcome. Only items stopping a 5 star review was a small miscommunication in showing up on day 2, but was rectified on day 3 and a small custom request that was unfinished that we were able to quickly address ourselves. All in all, the team did a really good job and the turnaround time was fantastic. Our salesperson was very communicative and kept us in the loop every step of the way. I would strongly recommend White Tail Fencing based on our experience.

White Tail Fencing was hired to move and replace wooden fencing on one side of our yard. They sent…read morean inexperienced subcontractor for the project. Their completed work looks terrible and will not contain our dogs due to their unsafe installation. 1. Although our backyard is flat, the installer added wooden pickets unevenly across the yard so that each fence panel has various heights. 2. There is now a large gap where the new fence meets the old fence. The two panels were not connected properly so that the fence moves with just a light touch. We had to jam multiple boards between the panels to avoid our dogs from pushing through the gap. 3. There are many gaps where the horizontal boards should be flush with the posts. 4. Posts are cut unevenly and partial pickets are used, creating an unattractive look. 5. There are gashes across many of the pickets from uneven cuts and attempts to fix errors. 6. There are visible screws and splitting wood where the horizontal boards were affixed to the posts. 7. Horizontal boards are attached unsafely with only a single angled screw and pickets are nailed unevenly. 8. There are random gaps between pickets for no reason. 9. An undesirable "stair step" method was used, leaving unsafe gaps below that area of fencing. 10. Surplus materials and debris were left in our driveway with unsafe nails in various locations. Someone from the company came by when we weren't home and picked up any new, unused wood and left the rest for us to dispose of. Our contact, who described himself as the owner, Paxton Tucker, offered to return and fix the above problems. He scheduled two different appointments but did not show up to either. He has not returned phone calls to reschedule. No one answers the office phone number and the voicemail box is always full. We sent a letter to the company requesting a response via email but no one has responded. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They answered all my questions and offering options and insights that I had not considered. I share a fence line with three neighbors. FTF gave me a detailed breakdown of what each neighbor's share would be. This made approaching my neighbors so much easier. They handled all permits and were great about keeping me updated. FTF threw out my old fence. They carefully cleared bushes and landscaping, preserving several that otherwise may have been removed. I removed four mulberry trees from the property and FTF coordinated and worked around the tree company with no issues. I especially appreciated how flexible Final Touch was--just prior to the start date I decided to add a small separate fence around my side door and an eight foot gate to allow for improved access to my backyard. These changes did not delay the project and the additional cost of these changes was very reasonable. Overall, my new fence exceeds my expectations and I am very happy. My three neighbors are happy and I have been getting compliments from passersby. I will be following up with final touch in three months to seal the wood when it is ready.
