His crew were professional and showed up on time every time (driveway gates are a 2 step process). Absolutely no hassles, I will call on All Pointes Fencing for any future fencing or gate needs or repairs. And I suggest you do to. For that 6thStar.. about 6 weeks after the fence work was done, my neighbor called and said that my new fence had damaged her driveway gate. I called and asked Lester what I could do about it, he told me not to worry that he would come and check it out. In fact, he called prior to going out, so that I could be there and we could all be on the same page with any issues and resolutions. Smart. Upon inspection of my neighbors gate it was quite clear his installation of my fence had nothing to do with her gate not swinging freely. Her gate is old, the ground has settled, one of the posts is cracked, and some of the yard has encroached. But none of that matters, shes my neighbor, I value the relationship, so her concerns are mine as well. Right? He could have explained the mechanics and installation process to my neighbor and I, and it would have been up to us to resolve the issues with the fence, (i.e. me fixing it) and that would have been the end of it. Lester took it upon himself (with the help of a crew member that he brought with him), without me or my neighbor asking, to trim the bottom slats of the gate, re-mount the hinges of the gate, and, take the time to make sure that the whole structure, (posts, latches, hinges and all) were flush and functioning perfectly. Honestly he left her gate looking (and obviously functioning) better than when he found it, just as he would for any paying customer. He did all of this in 24° weather.

They answered all my questions and offering options and insights that I had not considered. I share a fence line with three neighbors. FTF gave me a detailed breakdown of what each neighbor's share would be. This made approaching my neighbors so much easier. They handled all permits and were great about keeping me updated. FTF threw out my old fence. They carefully cleared bushes and landscaping, preserving several that otherwise may have been removed. I removed four mulberry trees from the property and FTF coordinated and worked around the tree company with no issues. I especially appreciated how flexible Final Touch was--just prior to the start date I decided to add a small separate fence around my side door and an eight foot gate to allow for improved access to my backyard. These changes did not delay the project and the additional cost of these changes was very reasonable. Overall, my new fence exceeds my expectations and I am very happy. My three neighbors are happy and I have been getting compliments from passersby. I will be following up with final touch in three months to seal the wood when it is ready. I had read this "review" of his when searching for a fence company and was pleasantly surprised when the owner came to my home. His knowledge of the product line and his willingness to work with our budget was beyond what I had received from the four other companies I received prices from. The work crew that arrived on time was pleasant and very professional and considering the amount of work that was completed in less than 5 hours you would not even know that the fence was installed today. Cleanup was complete, no mess, no damage to any of the plantings the were along side of the newly installed fence line and my most pleasant surprise was the fact there was no cement residue or stone left over from the footings installed. We live on a corner and have noticed several vehicles slowing down to look at the fence throughout the afternoon. I again repeat we are very happy customers and would recommend this company to anyone that is considering this type of investment and it has only increased the beauty and value of our home.
