There was an issue getting the security tag off of our wine. It was also the last one available so we couldn't just grab another one. Cassidy was really helpful and made sure we were helped out with this issue. We really appreciated her patience and kindness with the situation.

Upon check out we decided against the tote and bought enough to use the $10 off coupon we were provided (and also receive in the mail). The cashier, who appeared to be the manager hastily said that we couldn't do that and then when asking why she said we didn't spend $30 because we were a dollar under before tax. I then grabbed something for $1 to make $30 and she grabbed her headpiece and told the lady on the floor in such an attitude to stop her sales approach because it wasn't working and maintained her rude engagement with us as we paid and left. Customer service First and pushing sales second...I will be sure not to visit this store again. The last thing anyone needs when holiday shopping is to be treated like this.

A man named Thomas who's tag says he is a floor supervisor took my order and in the middle of it started talking to someone in line and did not give me a receipt. In general the staff on this shift seem very distracted and more interested in their private conversations than completing orders in a timely manner. This is not the first time I've come to this location and waited over 10 minutes for one smoothie, I think some training refreshers needs to take place; especially for a location this busy. Update: it's been 20 minutes now and I asked one of the staff members about my drink and they said the tag did not print for it. And are now making it. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable.
