He wasn't too sure what he wanted and the employee inside heard me saying the choices he was looking at and highly recommended the oatmeal cookie raisin. Well, it did NOT disappoint and it truly felt like I was drinking an oatmeal raisin cookie! It was definitely weird but delicious!!! I'm not sure if there was actual protein powder inside but if there was, you can't taste it! The price wasn't bad either and according to Mi Amor the shake was very filling, so it did its job. I get there and I told them I had hypothyroidism in the past. They did not know how to understand my labs and had me panicked that I was very ill. They referred me to an endocrinologist. I came home and looked at labs I've had in the past and when I saw what they were so alarmed about, it was from my hypothyroidism, not hyperthyroidism. As HCPs, why didn't they know that?? Now, they've had my labs for 2 weeks. The pharmacist orders two hormone creams...but they don't have one of them in stock. Why not? You had my labs for TWO WEEKS. Do you NOT look at them to see what they said BEFORE I showed up? And if you did, WHY didn't you order what I needed? Like who does inventory around there. So, after 5 days, I call and ask for the status because I haven't heard anything. They said I should get a text that day and if not, call back. I got the text on Wednesday and have been waiting for my medication. I called yesterday evening and left a message stating I had not received it. I get a call today saying it was marked "pick-up." I don't know why because I told the pharmacist twice I wanted it mailed to me because it would take 40-45 minutes for me to get there due to construction. They said they are mailing it today. This place is a disorganized MESS! I won't be going back. I can find another compound pharmacy.

I find that I have to go in repeatedly to find items that I regularly purchase. Most of the staff members are helpful if you can find one to ask a question. However, I have to call out the Manager behind the desk who has been particularly "sour" on the few occasions when I have returned items, and I have noticed this same attitude in her own interactions with staff. I think this affects them negatively as it's hard to get a smile from the checkout folks who just mechanically do their jobs (with one long time employee "Go....a" being the exception). There is no sense at all that they enjoy working at this WF. I purchase bread here and it is good, but the area is usually understaffed. Sometimes, there is a 5-6 minute wait to just find someone to slice the bread. Believe me, I'd much rather shop at WF than TJ's, but the staff members at TJ's are quantum leaps better in terms of their consistent friendly customer relations and service. Having said all this, I will say that this WF location's meat counter and produce staff members are the exception....they are very good and helpful. I actually hope that someone in WF corporate will see this review so that they can do something about the institutional issues at this location.
