Now, they've had my labs for 2 weeks. The pharmacist orders two hormone creams...but they don't have one of them in stock. Why not? You had my labs for TWO WEEKS. Do you NOT look at them to see what they said BEFORE I showed up? And if you did, WHY didn't you order what I needed? Like who does inventory around there. So, after 5 days, I call and ask for the status because I haven't heard anything. They said I should get a text that day and if not, call back. I got the text on Wednesday and have been waiting for my medication. I called yesterday evening and left a message stating I had not received it. I get a call today saying it was marked "pick-up." I don't know why because I told the pharmacist twice I wanted it mailed to me because it would take 40-45 minutes for me to get there due to construction. They said they are mailing it today.
