This spot only recently opened up next to George's Neighborhood Grill at 71st and Binford. Other locations include Fletcher Place, Greenwood, and Columbus, Indiana. Owlslee carries capsules, topicals, gummies, THC-free gummies, THC-gummies, CBD vape, THC vape, pet products, tinctures, and other items. I was mostly just curious when I entered tonight about 15 minutes before they closed. I was greeted warmly and never felt rushed. The store layout is warm and welcoming and wheelchair friendly with the vast majority of products along their walls. I was able to ask questions and get honest, informed answers. I was truly impressed with the staff. Owlslee notes that they offer a money-back guarantee and offer free shipping to anywhere in the United States. I was impressed that I didn't sense a hard-sell at all even after I talked about my pain issues and recent cancer journey. We discussed several different product options and they took the time to really explain the differences in products. Owlslee offers education on its website, however, it was the solid relationship-building and informative discussion that really impressed me. They were very honest about which items might show up on a drug test and which would not. I've been curious about Owlslee since I saw their sign go up in the window. They're now open and for those who use CBD or other products I can't imagine a better experience than I had here at Owlslee. They are open Monday-Saturday. On Sundays, they are open only by appointment.

I get there and I told them I had hypothyroidism in the past. They did not know how to understand my labs and had me panicked that I was very ill. They referred me to an endocrinologist. I came home and looked at labs I've had in the past and when I saw what they were so alarmed about, it was from my hypothyroidism, not hyperthyroidism. As HCPs, why didn't they know that?? Now, they've had my labs for 2 weeks. The pharmacist orders two hormone creams...but they don't have one of them in stock. Why not? You had my labs for TWO WEEKS. Do you NOT look at them to see what they said BEFORE I showed up? And if you did, WHY didn't you order what I needed? Like who does inventory around there. So, after 5 days, I call and ask for the status because I haven't heard anything. They said I should get a text that day and if not, call back. I got the text on Wednesday and have been waiting for my medication. I called yesterday evening and left a message stating I had not received it. I get a call today saying it was marked "pick-up." I don't know why because I told the pharmacist twice I wanted it mailed to me because it would take 40-45 minutes for me to get there due to construction. They said they are mailing it today. This place is a disorganized MESS! I won't be going back. I can find another compound pharmacy.
