Even their new employees are courteous, helpful, and always polite. I feel this is a reflection on their store manager, Lorena, who's always bubbly, smiling, and accommodating. They would help me to my car without being asked, search through the store for a particular item, and let me know of the ongoing promotions so I can take advantage of the discount. I'd much rather shop here than GNC for all my supplements need. They're simply better, period!

Told her she is NOT to raise voice at patients. Those who've any form of epilepsy can have seizures. To stop w/ her financial incentives & give a patient what they're asking regarding tests. She can be reported for malpractice & negligence! Finally gave it to me over 40 mins later & did NOT contact me w/ results over 2 wks later when I called. She said I'm not having any seizure activity! Still insisted I take seizure Rx Clobazam I said No! I've stopped that Rx over 2 yrs ago! Took a bit to cut down & taper off since epilepsy specialist at UCuSDead refused to see me. Only gave seizure Rx & refused follow-up appt for brain electroencephalogram! Told that lady at Neuron clinic she's treating me same way as previous one. I've been completely cleared of having any signs of epilepsy. Got referral from my exceptional UCSD neurologist. He even gave me letter stating I can work & drive again! The neuron clinic lady tried to give me Rx still after! Didn't care to argue. Left her office &.she wouldn't even see me in person as she knows dang well I'm no longer epileptic & I've had brain surgery in 2019!

This place is veteran-owned and operated, and those hardworking values definitely show at this business. I have to say, it is really inspiring to see such fitness-minded and community-oriented people running a business like this. You have a ton of choices out there for protein shakes and teas, but I encourage you to support this place -- not only because they have great products (the pralines and cream shake with one of their amazing energy teas make for a great mid-morning pick-me-up!) but also because we NEED more businesses like this: local, health-driven, community-minded, and customer service kings. Definitely give this place a try. You will be glad you did!

Do not order from their 24-hr service listed on maps, they will scam you as I been scammed last…read morenight out of 45$ never received an order and they stopped communicating altogether. Long story short my wife is a frequent buyer of this place, it's pretty good place for in person purchases, however last night she decided to order from they're 24/7 service, she sent screenshot of what she wanted from the store to the number listed on they're maps, as they requested they agreed. Then they changed the price and said they want to send 75. After I already had sent 45. As my wife waits she becomes worried so she text them back, and they stop responding. so I reply with my phone they picked up then they ghosted my phone. The number listed on the photo is the number listed on their Apple Maps address for 24 hours service makes no sense why they would have this number listed tied to their business. Update: I came into store, Jesse a great employee helped my wife and I out and resolved our issue. Thank you to the team at buzz for understanding and support.
