Luckily, the Elston location had them so I placed an order for pickup. When I arrived, there were no parking spaces except for one for the Verizon next door. Since it was before 6 pm, I called the number in the email I received saying that you could call for curbside pickup. The guy I spoke with said that technically he wasn't allowed to bring it out... which was confusing since the email I got just a few hours prior saying that my order was ready for pickup said otherwise. So I asked about why it says they offer curbside pickup before 6 pm and after a moment the guy said he would bring it out. So like I said, turned out ok in the end. I'm one who thinks curbside should be here to stay--it makes things significantly easier for folks with disabilities, parents with little ones in the car, someone who can't find a place to park, or someone who just doesn't want to get out of their car--but if a place is going to offer it, it would be great if local shops didn't try to change the rules of it.

When I lived in the neighborhood I used to love to come to this location, everyone always seemed…read moreknowledgeable and helpful. Well not this time, I arrived on 7/13 at around 12:30. Store was totally empty and I one customer service person was standing outside. Not a big deal figured she was just on break, so I go inside with her asking about their vape selection as I suffer from severe anxiety and was hoping to get something to help, her very first suggestion was to go to dispensary 33 down the street to get THC marijuana products. I tried to explain that I don't handle marijuana well but was looking for suggestions for helping with anxiety for which she had not a single one, I try to ask about delta 8 which is new to me and the difference between that and other CBD products for which she didn't have an answer. I ended up picking a few items on my own without any guidance from the customer service person and left. Spent $120 on items that I hope may help but who knows. I doubt I'll go back again anytime soon especially when you have other stores with very knowledgeable staff. Really disappointed to see how the store declined
