I was made to feel like just a number, there were too many people ahead of me and they weren't able to accommodate a refill in time before leaving to go out of town for 2 week vacation. They didn't seem to understand or acknowledge the sense of urgency in the matter so I had to make other arrangements for the refill. I waited for a call back and finally received a text about it saying they couldn't accommodate the refill then went on to discipline me about the fact that I should have called it in earlier because others that only live in the area part time did so. I know there can be a longer turn around time and I started the process a week ago knowing this..At any rate the relationship with this pharmacy is now over which is a shame as I appreciated the previous efforts and previous customer service but it didn't go well this time.
