Within a few weeks/month the quality changed, chicken wasn't cooked or cut the same, it was now massive hunks, not nice slices (is that a huge deal, no but it was one thing among many) the seasoning/saucing became inconsistent sometimes being barely enough to even taste it, some weeks you would have more rice, other weeks you would have less, I'm ordering for portions to be controlled and protein/carb/fat balance to be controlled, so if its inconsistent it matters. The $23 for the half filled acai bowls was a complete money grab with horrific customer service. **** I arrived at 7:10pm with my two kids that were looking forward to açaí bowls. I tried ordering on the app but was having issues logging in so I figured it would be easier to order in the store. We were the only customers in the store. I begin to place my order and ask them to substitute various things (all are options in the app). The woman working there says she doesn't think you can. I said the app gives me those options, should I just order online?? She says yes. I place my order - 2 different açaí bowls for $23. She makes two of the same bowls with the wrong toppings. She then fixes one and brings it back, it is still missing the banana that it comes with!!! She then says, they are out of banana. She does not offer any additional fruit or extra berries or anything. My son takes his bowl and is happy. She then tries to give me the other bowl that has the hazelnut drizzle on it. I explain that the bowl I ordered for my daughter does not have hazelnut because she does not like it and has mango. She says she will make a new one, takes the bowl adds mango and brings it back to me. I am not a difficult person, however, my daughter would not eat it with the hazelnut and for $23, we should get what we ordered. Annoyed, she throws the bowl in the trash. She makes a new one and asks me about the toppings again. Finally, 30 minutes later we leave with two açaí bowls. For $12 these bowls are certainly lacking!!!! We will stick with Pure Raw Juice by the mall moving forward. This experience was a complete disaster.
