You have to immediately go through a lengthy three-phase process to choose that photo --no consulting with friends/partners. Okay, so maybe I should have found the fine print, but it turns out "professionally edited" means "created by AI." It generated an image that looks like a 25-year-old digital avatar of me, quite different from the original photo. The website also claims that "We offer 2 rounds of free revisions," but I have not received a response a week after asking for one. So, I'm using the raw image, which is fine.

She checked in ahead of the appointment to ensure we didn't need to reschedule (much needed for parents that just gave birth recently) and had our themes ready prior to us arriving. - The themes were 10/10, better than what we could've envisioned ourselves. And our themes were generic such as lemon or Christmas. - The amount of patience Sandy has is seriously amazing! Our second baby was a bit harder to photograph compared to the first, in addition to a toddler who wasn't in the mood for pictures, and it didn't phase Sandy at all. We never felt rushed and Dana was more than willing to give us ample time to get all of our poses in.
