My wife booked a family mini session to capture some memorable moments with our parents and our newborn. Throughout the entire process, Yesika was professional, kind, and knowledgeable on different poses to capture the best photos. And despite a fussy baby halfway into the session, she was still able to get some great shots in our allotted time. She has a cozy, clean, and well-setup studio with free street parking available out front. Highly recommend Yesika for your photography needs and we will definitely be back to capture more special moments in the years to come. read more

I had the most incredible experience with Yessica for both my family portraits and my boudoir session. From the very beginning, she made everything feel effortless and comfortable. She didn't just show up with a camera -- she checked in with me, offered thoughtful ideas, and really made sure the vision came to life. What truly stands out about Yessica is how attentive and intentional she is. She guides you without making you feel posed or stiff. For my family portraits, she captured such genuine, beautiful moments -- the kind you look at and immediately feel something. And my boudoir session? Absolutely empowering. She created such a safe, confident space that allowed me to fully enjoy the experience. Her studio is stunning and welcoming, and you can tell she has poured so much care into creating that environment. I felt comfortable, celebrated, and honestly just beautiful. I highly, highly recommend Yessica . If you're thinking about booking -- do it. You won't regret it. read more

Yesika Wong is a phenomenal photographer! Her Yesika Wong is a phenomenal photographer! Her work is remarkable and speaks for itself. But I will share my experience, it was wonderful and excellent communication. Wong excels in creating a safe open space to share your thoughts, experiences and feedback in realtime. She's truly a great person to be around which I think makes such a huge difference when posing in front of a lens for multiple shots/reactions. She's extremely organized and pragmatic with the usage of time, location and technique. She helped me get into my zone without making me uncomfortable or rushing me when my angles were off. And, with all her years of experience she knows what she wants to capture to accentuate and highlight your best features! I will definitely be requesting her services again! Genuinely, I hope that other photographers that I work with in the future adhere to the same level of professionalism, and client-centered care as Wong has shown. -Samuel, Redwood City read more

We booked Yesika for a family photo shoot with six of us, and the entire experience was wonderful. She recommended beautiful locations that perfectly matched what we were looking for. Yesika was thoughtful, flexible, and incredibly patient--especially with our 1-year-old, who she made feel completely at ease. The photos of her turned out absolutely stunning. My husband, who usually isn't a fan of photo shoots, even said, "That was such a pleasant experience. I'm really glad we did it." And our 8-year-old, who's typically camera-shy, ended up smiling naturally in so many shots--thanks to Yesika's warm and gentle approach. We had such an excellent experience with Yesika! She is very friendly, easy, and warm to communicate with right from the first moment of contact, and she made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable. She came to our house and found beautiful spots and angles I never would have thought of. Our newborn was just 2 weeks old, and she captured this precious stage both in photos of baby alone and together with sibling and all of us as a family. Yesika was amazing with both our toddler and newborn; she connected with them so naturally and captured such sweet, genuine moments. She also gave very helpful advice on outfits and colors beforehand and during the shoot, and she came prepared with wraps and outfit for our newborn, while also being great at incorporating a personal blanket (handmade by MIL) into the photos. Our Christmas studio session with Yesika was great! Our family usually does our holiday photos at another location but it closed this year, so luckily I was able to find Yesika locally through yelp. Her studio is clean and had a great setup and the prices are fair. She was very professional and patient, especially with a wild two year old and a fussy infant. We were so glad that she had already had poses for us to do and knew what worked. It was also great that she called for a photo consultation about a week before our scheduled appointment to discuss our needs. We are so happy with how our photos turned out and will be coming here every year for our holiday photos or any time we need any photo sessions done! read more

Im so glad I came here. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with an autumn feel photoshoot for our one year anniversary and after telling her what I wanted to do she showed me an example of what she could do and we were scheduled for a shoot 2 days later. When we got there she gave us a tour of the studio she created and asked us about the options we were interested in. Once we talked things through we were set to shoot and she asked us to get into photo position to see what we were comfortable with. From there we were able to get some amazing shots, and she gave us great feedback throughout the whole time so that we would focus on our compatibility rather than focus on the camera being on us. I appreciate her leniency with our non-experience and how she was immediately able to make us feel comfortable. If you're looking for a photographer that connects with you as a person then this is your spot. Seriously, thank you Yesi. read more
