Arrived for our 4 hour pontoon rental and we were told they only had us down for 2 hours. We explained that our reservation was for 4 hours and he said it wasn't a problem and most likely just a mistake in their computer and that he would "fix it". Off we go. Upon returning 4 hours later, we discover that his "fix" was to charge us almost double what we were quoted. When we tried to pull up our reservation that clearly said $240 for 4 hours, he explains that once the renters arrive and take the boat that the reservation is wiped from their system. How convenient! (If you still insist on being robbed by this place - do yourself a favor and take a screenshot of your reservation ). To make matters worse the guy was a total @$$hole about it. Not one apology or attempt to work it out. He was nasty and condescending. Horrible experience and I would recommend you stay away from this place. It's maritime robbery!!

The boats are always pristine and staff is friendly and helpful. We bring snacks and music and love looking at the homes while we cruise around as well as the occasional dolphin sighting. Unfortunately this tradition seemed to have ended for us this year as they have discontinued the sunset cruise. The only boat rental available now is for a half day/minimum of 3 hours and it really jumped in price. We are all so disappointed and wish they would please consider bringing the sunset cruise package back!

Although the tour states that there is a CHANCE you will see wildlife, it is not guaranteed. We did not see many animals besides birds and crabs but obviously the tour guides cannot control that. Made it back staff at dock didn't seem like "no one was available." They were confrontational when we arrived the boat they gave us was not safe and said "well atleast you didn't sink" and when we raised our voice they responded "what's your problem". Just horrible customer service no empathy for our safety or issue. We've used this place a few times and will never go back. There are plenty of boat rentals out there that care about the product, safety, and service being provided this is not one of them. Their boats are lemons and manager could care less. Stay away.

We booked the day before for a 18.8 SportStack for 3 adults and a 10yr old. The inside staff (2 women) were so great and professional we got all the paperwork filled out within 5 minutes. They have a cute little gift shop with everything from drinks to hats to lip balms, it's a good last minute grab. They offered us a cargo cart for our belongings and we proceeded to the dock, it was about a 3 minute wait at the dock because there were a few people ahead of us. The dock worker (tall skinny blonde hair guy) came to us and led us to the boat, helped us get our cargo on board, we did the checklist and he showed us how to operate the boat and navigate the waters. The boat was clean and comfortable and he answered all of the questions and concerns that we had about what we should expect. They did have us take photos of the prop before we left which makes sense since many people go to keewaydin I'm sure damage can be done with an inexperienced boater (like myself) and low tide, but they checked upon arrival and no damage was done, a woman and the same guy from our departure helped us unload asked about our day and sent us on our way. Everything about this was great, we saw the few negative reviews before booking but decided to experience it for ourselves and it was worth the full day booking. I wish I could have gotten the names of the staff to give them a shout-out but unfortunately I did not. We will definitely be booking with them again in the future and I suggest whoever reading this to as well.

Rather than taking responsibility for the mechanical issue, I felt we were being blamed for what appeared to be a maintenance-related problem. We received no compensation for the lost rental time, and when I attempted to address the situation over the phone, the owner actually yelled at me. Mechanical issues can happen, but how a business handles those issues speaks volumes about its customer service.Unfortunately, the lack of communication, accountability, and basic courtesy made an already bad experience even worse. We paid for a service we did not fully receive, were left dealing with the inconvenience, and were treated disrespectfully when seeking a resolution. My personal experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not rent from this company again.
