Went in knowing what I needed, but felt lost. A friendly "Hello" covered the silence. I replied back "hi". Know seeing anyone. Until a Man came walking towards the font counter. I told him what I needed, and show him a picture of the issue. He is very knowledgeable about that we were discussing. Even when my phone died, he offered me the business phone to call my boyfriend since I was talking to him about the products. When he was ringing up the items I look around the shop. There was old medical instruments, charts of pressure points of the feet, sage for smuggling, etc. found out that they been there for 20 years. I never knew, but then again I never was looking for this shop until now. I say come to this shop if you need vitamins, herbal supplements and or remedies they have it and are knowledgeable about it. I went in for a live blood analysis and it was the best decision I have ever made. I have been not taking care of my health as much for the last two years. Don't want to be rude with my review because I learned a lot about supplements and I really love them. I got great insight the day I went here. However, he asked me to get on the scale and I had just had a baby I had postpartum and didn't really want to. So he asked me about how much do you weigh. And when I responded he told me no way that's how much you weigh now. Mind you, he was training another young guy. So it was so u humiliating and really messed up my self esteem. I'm a 54 year old female who has always lead a very healthy lifestyle and also raised our kids this way and they are adults now. So when I need a simple diagnose, I like to stop by GMP Vitamins in Fullerton and ask Robert's opinion. Well I guess it had been at least a year in a half since I was last there for my mother in law, because I tried to send one of my adult kids over to the old address for Robert's opinion and GMP was not there!! Panic set in until I found Robert at his new address in Fullerton! You truly don't know what your missing if you haven't been to visit GMP Vitamins for your health. So get over there so we can all keep this gem of a doctor in business. Robert holds a license as a Board Certified Naturopath, he does live blood cell analysis on the spot and diagnoses the correct whole food vitamins so you don't waste money guessing what to buy. So I met one of our kids there today who is in their mid 20's for a diagnosis and is in treatment right now for adrenal stress, anxiety and other issues. Everything cost us about $500 because we decided to address the general health as well, with adding a whole food vitamin (buy 1- get 1), trace minerals and digestive enzymes. Our kids were raised on digestive enzymes and they were really healthy kids, but they haven't taken any for a while now because they do what all young adults do, drink alcohol and eat bad. Treating our health with whole food vitamins and nutrients is our preferred method, over medications that only treat the symptoms, not the cause. Worst experience ever. I went there to see Dr. Kanter for a live blood scan hoping to gain insight on my vitamin, mineral deficiencies and pick up a few supplements based on his recommendation. Little did I know that he was going to spend just about 5 minutes to review my live scan and spend the rest of the time talking about stuff that didn't pertain to my visit and ring me up for supplements that cost $381!!! I made the mistake of swiping my card without realizing how much I was paying for supplements that I could very well get elsewhere for way cheaper and same quality! I even asked him to only give me a one week supply so that I can see how my body will react, he refused and after much persuasion only took back one supplement and gave me $30 back. I still ended up paying $351 for just 4 supplements! The worst part of the experience was that Dr. Kanter's demeanor went from friendly, talkative to outright rude and unprofessional. Very effective treatment for Hepatitis B and C that relied on boosting the immune system to kill the virus, not poisonous pharmaceuticals with their dangerous side effects.
