I struggled for months not knowing how to help my body because every doctor just told me there's nothing I could do but let my anxiety flare up pass or take a ton of different medications that didn't make me feel good. And all my labs kept coming back normal so I felt lost. With her expertise we were able to target areas such as anxiety/mood, digestive, and even sleep. She has been extremely patient, kind, reassuring, and helpful to me as I navigate my health in a holistic way. She gave me hope which is what any patient wants or needs during difficult times in their health journey. Thank you Elaine. I love the supplements she recommend (and didn't push) and I will say they are reasonably priced.

The inflammation I experienced during my cycle started to become unbearable. My uterus became so sensitive to the touch that I would scream out in pain. I had to take a couple days off work each month - something I had never needed to do before. The bloating progressively worsened to the point where it was painful just to swallow a bite of food or even walk. I could hardly eat the first few days of my period! Unlike the doctors I had previously seen, Rebecca focused on identifying and addressing the root cause of my symptoms rather than masking them. In less than a year, my digestive issues quickly resolved, and my periods are now nearly pain-free - something I once thought was impossible! I'm excited to continue improving my health under her guidance, and I've already referred several friends and family members to her. I highly recommend Rebecca to anyone who wants to truly get to the root cause of their health concerns especially if they're dealing with inflammation, period issues, or fertility challenges! Thank you for all your guidance!

After COVID my thyroid gland went nuts - I experienced a lot "more" .. hair loss, insomnia, fatigue, muscle weakness and loss, extreme sensitivity to cold, numbness in a few fingers and toes, a hoarse voice, anxiety, no libido, and excessively dry skin, to name a few issues. Doctor Shah spent 1.5 hours with me on my first office visit, treated me as an individual (not an age), and listened attentively to the pain, suffering, and frustration I was going thru. He reviewed all the medical records I brought with me, and requested a panel of other lab work, along with a couple thyroid tests I never heard of before. Nine months later almost to the day, I am sleeping better, I awake each morning lighter and happier, my hair loss has stopped, I am back at the gym able to workout, and my hoarse voice is gone. Since the first visit, I have had 2 additional teledoc calls with Dr. Shah. He always ends by saying: "Don't hesitate to call me - on my cell - if you have any questions or concerns." What doctor do you know who cares about you as a "individual and not a number," gets you the results you are seeking, and provides you direct contact, anytime, via his private line..?!

I thought maybe it was just to me, so as someone who has had my own successful business for 2 decades and likes to give everyone second chances because we all have bad days, I decided to test my theory. I had my best friend call to make an appointment and then my husband and she was rude to both of them each on different days, as well. Unfortunately for your career, she is a big problem.

Before finding Premier IFM, I had visited several conventional doctors but was unable to get clear answers. Dr. Mortensen took the time to investigate further by ordering comprehensive bloodwork, gut testing, and mold testing, which revealed longstanding gut dysbiosis and elevated mycotoxins. With his guidance, I began addressing these underlying issues and experienced meaningful improvements in my overall health. I want to be clear that I had preexisting gallbladder problems before becoming his patient. I eventually discovered that my gallbladder was severely infected and required emergency removal. This was not caused by any of the therapies or supplements Dr. Mortensen recommended. In fact, I believe his care helped strengthen and support my body leading up to the emergency. The ER doctors were amazed by how healthy my bloodwork looked before the procedure, despite the severity of the infection. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Mortensen's knowledge, thoroughness, and dedication. His recommendations played an important role in improving my health and helping my body handle a serious medical emergency. I highly recommend him to anyone searching for a practitioner who genuinely listens and works to uncover the root causes of their health concerns.

As time passed I forgot about coming here until this year 2022 I was looking for a chiropractor. I already had a referral to another chiropractor but when I reached out to her last month she was not taking in any new patients. So I started searching for a chiropractor in Yelp and that's when I saw Dr. Stewart's listing and I had his information saved on Yelp! This time I did not hesitate to reach out to him. I went to his website and filled out the Health Test to get a phone call consultation. He called me and we talked about my health issues and he gave me some advice. He was really nice and attentive. I made an appointment to come in to the office in 2 days! I am so grateful I got an appointment so quickly. When I came in for my appointment I really liked the chill vibes in the office and also the chill music. It made me feel more relaxed. The staff are super friendly and have a great sense of humor. Thank you for that! Dr. Stewart called me in and did his assessments. He did this muscle test and it was pretty cool!! I was already feeling better from my body aches!! At the end of the consultation he brought in the supplements and patches that I will need to heal my body. He also suggested other products that will help me, however he did not push for me to buy them. I will buy them next time though, since your girl was running a bit low on cash at the time. They understand your budget situation and will work with your budget, which is very awesome! He also gave me a list of what to eat and what not to eat. He is very thorough with his instructions. He makes sure you understand how the healthy diet plan works and if you have any questions he will answer/explain them. After our healthy diet plan discussion...I understood the assignment! ;) Thank you Dr. Stewart and staff. See you soon!

Her clarity in explaining the process was invaluable, putting me at ease during a time that can be quite overwhelming with picking a place for such a special experience She promptly came to the hospital to pick up the placenta, and despite a mishap with the hospitals handling of my placenta she skillfully created a salve, pills, and tincture that I am absolutely in love with. Even more touching was the fact that she sent me a picture of my placenta, and it's so special for us . there is a $115 fee for Brittany to come pick up the placenta from the hospital. While you have the option to avoid this fee by making the trip yourself by driving to Fullerton it's unrealistic to make a trip like that after giving birth , considering the challenges , I believe the fee is entirely worth it. Background on me: I developed eczema when I was 18 years old and have been to a number of dermatologists that prescribed me steroid creams which gave me temporary relief, but the withdrawal effects made my condition 5x worse. I found a TCM practitioner pre-covid that got rid of my eczema for around 3 years. As my condition started to come back, I started another search for a TCM practitioner who could help me achieve similar results. NAET: When I found NAET I saw that majority of reviews were all 5 stars, so my confidence going into this practice was high. From my anecdotal experience, an allergen or variable that the body is sensitive to, is placed in the patient's hand; a vibrating device is then run down the patient's spine to fortify immunity to the object in the patient's hand. The allergen is then to be avoided for a full 24 hours after treament. There are over 12 allergens that the base full package treatment provides, ranging from Vitamin B, Vitamin C, metals, calcium mix, etc. The base full treatment package costs $1173 from what I was pitched As previously mentioned, the patient must avoid the allergen treated for 24 hours. I spent an entire month month running through all treatments, when I was told most patient's do maybe one or two treatments a week due to the intensity of avoiding allergens for an entire 24 hours (example: for the calcium allergen, all water besides distilled water must be avoided; no showers, brushing teeth, drinking water with normal mineral water; example 2: metal allergen, I had to wear gloves all day as most things contain metal - phone, door knobs, etc.). This was just the tip of the iceberg with things I had to avoid on a daily basis to see if the treatment would work or not. Conclusion: The practitioner-client relationship was phenomenal. The service and care given was exceptional. However, at the end of the day I did everything I was asked to do at 100% efficacy, completed the entire treatment, and gave my life to this for an entire 30 days to ensure results at the end. I've provided images before and after so you can see if I achieved the results that were forecasted to me, or not. If the pictures don't do it justice, my condition was the same after the NAET treatment. Only until I started seeing a different TCM practitioner, I started to see a slight decrease in redness from the eczema. Please be careful in whom you decide to spend your hard-earned money with! Don't fall for the exceptional service and kindness, really look into if they can get you RESULTS, because that is what you're paying for, not a friend or therapist. This was my personal experience that is as detailed and honest as it can be because most of the reviews are 5 stars, and there needs to be grey area from patients who don't receive what they expect.

He asked us why we were there that day and as I told him he said I was in good hands and I felt genuine concern in wanting to help remedy our situation. During our consultation she was so thorough in asking her questions and working on better understanding our lifestyle. She was so patient and didn't miss a beat. She made her recommendation which I didn't hesitate to take. She not only recommend supplements for my daughter to take she even gave me a list of products to change such as diapers and wet wipes since so many on the market has harsh chemicals and can cause more irritation to her. I can't tell you enough how at ease I feel after speaking with her. I was doing my own research in finding ways to help my daughter because I really didn't want to give her more antibiotics if I didn't have to but to have someone understand and have the knowledge she has has been a weight lifted off my shoulders. I am beyond happy that I found her and plan to continue seeing her. As well as bringing my toddler in to see her as well. We just love Dr Shek!
